Mouraria Lisboa Hotel

Staff was excellent and free breakfast was quite tasty.

Hotel is well maintained and has all the basic necessary amenities.I must say the cleaning was exceptional, so thank you to the housekeeping staff!Check in and out was smooth and quick.Breakfast was well above our expectations.I would definitely recommend this property!

There was no possible to keep medicin and beverage in a very small fridge. There is not fridge.2. The water in the shower was not pouring into channel quickly, so was staying in water about 2 cm deep. 3. At breakfast when there was 13 celsius we were frozen because the door was open to the terrace.

Cleaning every day. Very good breakfast.Kind service.

Super clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, AC room very efficient, premises very well maintained with friendly staff. Breakfast room, breakfast options and service excellent, new efficient modern elevator - overall excellent

Room could do with a safe and minimal fridge Ice machine could be included in each floor Neighborhood bit dicy late into the night recommend using Uber or taxi services to and from to avoid Martim Moniz plaza area

Clean, spacious, good breakfast, good location.

The bed was a little hard and the shower was slow to drain.

Location was perfect so close to to everything. Room was clean and big enough. Breakfast was good.

No tea or coffee in room

Breakfast was delicious with various selections. Kitchen staff friendly and helpful.

Bathroom is Not privacy friendly and efficient. Two persons cannot use it simultaneously. Shower door is NOT frosted! If someone is taking the shower, another person can’t go in to use the toilet or sink.

Gorgeous view, fabulous breakfast, clean, great location. Really lovely room.

Some staff were great, others cold and unfriendly. Taxis can't drop you in front or pick you up so you have to climb up a hill.

It is small room but clean, comfortable.

Loved how clean it was

The location is a little weird and the room itself are super small ! No shelve in the shower for your shampoo etc… but overall a good place

Very clean and good for value

Excellent breakfast and bathroom and the room. Clean facility

Everything was new, and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast.

The neighborhood.

The room was ok and clean. The bed is comfortable. The neighbourhood is not very touristic and quite typical. The breakfast is good.

The room was quite small and without any equipment (no kettle, no mini fridge, no safe). My room (on 2nd floor) was overlooked. The walls are very thin, one can hear everything from the corridor and the next rooms.

Nice location. Room clean nice breakfast.

No safety, no coffee machine and the room was small. Didn't like the Video of seduction when eating breakfast.

The property was very clean and the staff was very, very friendly and helpful.

It is a bit hard to find and my room was on the ground floor street side, and it was quite loud outside (the hotel itself is very serene).

The room was clean and comfortable. Could see the castle from room window. Good variety at breakfast.

The hotel isn’t in the best part of town. Probably not the best for a solo traveller. Bolt drivers had problem finding it.

Centrally located

Pedestrian only property cars cannot arrive there for drop off inconvenient when traveling with luggage.

The location is amazing around corner from funicular up to plaza where you can catch electric trams. The views are breathtaking from balcony and the courtesy full breakfast is very good.

Very narrow rooms but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is nice. Better to have taxi drop you off at top of street and pick you up at bottom of the street as locals park in front of hotel blocking access.

Location was great - close to lots of interesting places. Due to the power outage in Europe the manager could not confirm our reservation but trusted us otherwise we would have been out of luck.

Lobby, receptions were more than friendly, breakfast was very tasty, and machine for coffee was the best in Lisbon
