- Lounge area was friendly with excellent service.
- The bed. It was more comfortable than the one I have at home!
- Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful, since our luggage did not arrive with us. The decor was beautiful and unique. Breakfast was included and very delicious. The location in the old part of Lisbon was great!
