Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts top quality. Room cleaned every day. Location fairly local and close to Metro station.

Overall I was very pleased with the place. The front rooms to the street do have some traffic noise during the day, but it didn't bother me. I enjoyed the room, space, and amenities.

The breakfast was really poor, not much choice. Felt sorry for the young lady who was having to look after the guest's, because there wasn't much choice she was forever in and out trying to service what there was and clean tables.

Breakfast buffet limited. One day scrambled eggs next day sausage... Also had toast, fruit salad, cheese, cereal, juice, coffee and tea.

The room aesthetic was completely off compared to the nice modern corridors and the rest of the building. The floor specifically needs urgent repairs as the timber is coming off. In the first day the room wasn’t very clean, but it was better the following day.Very poor options for breakfast and slow elevator

The bed was the worst one I have ever slept on. I felt springs of the bed all around my body.The floor was dirty.

No eggs in the first day. Coffee is from machine. No shampoo in the bathroom

The Cleanliness of the room was impecable, every single day we would come back and find our room so clean and new like it was on the first day! The bed was comfortable, and even during winter we didn't need to turn on the thermostat, the room was always so warm and cozy!

The closet wasn't in is best condition, not unusable, but the door was a bit loose. Breakfast didn't had many choices and they make eggs one day and sausages on the next day instead of just having them both.

We stayed there twice because it was a lovely place. Well situated, close to public transportation, very clean and the staff is super friendly.I definitely recommend staying there.

the location of the hotel is quite convenient since there are bus stop next to the hotel and metro station nearby

cleanliness of room is subpar.. when we checked in there were still some hair from previous guests all over the bathroom and floor. dust under the bed as well.breakfast options are limited, not suitable for a long stay.also, you can hear everything from the corridor because room door is very thin.

The location was nice, but the photos are really deceptive. The first photos look modern. I did not look at all the photos. This is a very antique and dated hotel. Think of package holidays from the 1970s. The buffet was nice but the room was an ode to the 1950s but not in a good way. It was clean but if you want an actual mattress to sleep on instead of a cardboard choose another hotel. This is a bait and switch. The staff was very friendly.

Facilities are too simple, like worst school dorm. Rooms are too small. Not enough space for two people. Breakfast was nothing to select, no salad at all.

The room was old style. It was not renovated like in pictures, at least the room i stayed in. I dont recommend to pay breakfast including price if it is important for you. because the breakfast was so poor (no boiled eggs at all, one type of toast cheese and salami) almost nothing to eat except bread. On top there were not enough tables and chairs in the breakfast room. You have to wait people.

It is possible to check in until late, the room was quiet as requested so I could get a good night sleep.

Facilities have seen better days, breakfast is just sad. Low quality and limited choice.
