Location was perfect. Shower was great. Good room.
Location.
The hotel has good location, but it is at a noisy street, so have to decide if you want to open the window for fresh air or quite time. The facilities are a bit below expectations for the price of the room. The bathroom is small, so the toilet is off at the corner, blocked by the sink. Hence you can never sit properly on it, and have to sit sideways, making the experience using the toilet uncomfortable. The shower is also very narrow, plus that the shower curtain is always swinging towards you. You will be squeezed between the wall and the shower curtain.vI am a relatively thin person under 130 pounds, yet still constantly touching the wall or the shower curtain. A heavier build person would be wrapped around by the shower curtain all the time. This makes using the shower terrible, ruining the day after exploring the city. You won't be able to enjoy a good night if you take a shower.
It was a great location, clean and tidy, staff were extremely helpful and friendly as a solo female traveler I value feeling safe and comfortable
Location is very good , comfortable bed and clean property.
Enhance the lobby or the reception area
On a scale of stay again or not: STAY AGAIN! It was just perfect overall! It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it serves its purpose.Close to everything and anything. Right in the heart of the city. Great people and helpful managers and staff. Overall great and safe hotel!
None really!
Great staff nice location
A bit expensive for quality of room and facility.
Excellent location, clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, great value for money
The breakfast buffet could use some improvement especially the sweet options and the coffee
Staff, location, quiet room on back of hotel
More fruit for breakfast would be appreciated
Amazing location, clean, nice hosts

Clean & friendly staff
Shower could’ve been better as well as water pressure was low. I also had a friend stay over one night & they charged us an extra 25 euro for that. Otherwise property was great, would stay at again
we had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel itself was spotless and provided a very comfortable experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning for another visit!
The staff. It felt like a hotel run by a family; they were friendly and helpful and made efforts to make my stay feel comfortable.
This hotel was overpriced, and I had to book it last minute for the weekend because I didn’t have any other options. The room was tiny, and the shower was even smaller. There was only one elevator, which was usually out of order, so it wasn’t very useful. The hotel definitely needs a renovation.
Great location. Very clean hotel.Management was very helpful and accommodating. Staff were friendly.
The hotel is in a great location, and close to all shops transportation and restaurants. It's on a narrow street as there is a lot of congestion in Lisbon so be careful. My first impression of the staff was not so welcoming as I was met with a little hostility for booking with a third party platform. Not necessary if you ask me. Most people do that these days. It just put me in a mood instead of being excited to be there. The room was clean, but very small, and no amenities. So be prepared to step on each other if you book with your family. In the end it all worked out and the family who owned the hotel did their best to please us. I would say it was not a good value for the accommodations but it is high season in Europe.
We liked the central location of this hotel. Hotel itself was basic but clean and small.
Everything was as expected after reading reviews.
Clean basic hotel with no frills as expected from reviews. Biggest attraction of this hotel is that it is centrally located. Good simple breakfast to start the day.
Location, Staff
Overall, it is overpriced for a very small room with a basic breakfast
