The Emerald House Lisbon, Curio Collection by Hilton

The design and aesthetic of the hotel are very unique and make for a great experience. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are all very nice and helpful. Housekeeping came every day and kept our room clean. The breakfast buffet is great.

The hotel was a little far from most of the main sightseeing attractions in Lisbon. But the area was still very nice and felt safe. The room was also a little smaller than expected but it was not an issue.

Lovely hotel in a nice and quiet part of town but 10 - 15 minute walk to a vibrant selection of restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back.

Staff was nice, good location. Breakfast is decent and the added touch of offering us a cake to celebrate our upcoming wedding was nice.

I was disappointed with the quality of the room and the overall availability of services. The A/C was hard to regulate and once it smelled a bit stuffy.The fact that the bathroom (shower and sink) is directly in the room and not separate meant that alot of water got in the room.

Great stay at the Emeralde House Lisbon ! Easily accessible and not too far from the center. The room was super comfortable. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Not completely close to the centre - I came for a wedding and it was not a problem at all as close to the venue

Nice to get into Lisbon and overnight. Convenient and close to the airport. Took an uber each way. Restaurants and cafes are only a couple of blocks away. Delightful decor in the room and building. Lovely ambiance. Enjoyable send-off breakfast expected from Hilton Curio Collection

Beautifully decorated with very thoughtful pieces. Lovely and well maintained property. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed and clean room!

Poor check-in experience, that left us unwelcome. Staff (with an attitude) tried to charge me 25% more than the rate of my actual reservation. I had to go back to reception twice to make sure the room rate was fixed.No parking! we booked the hotel under the assumption that we could park your car. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, and we had to drive around the surroundings until we found a free parking lot.

The staff is friendly, helpful and we enjoyed warm hospitality. The decor of the hotel is unique and stylish. The on-site restaurant serves up delicious meals.

The walls are thin.

Hotel is cute and clean. Breakfast was OK, but it needs more variety .

We didn't like the location. That part of the city is quite dirty, without anything special to do.We used Uber everyday to go to more attractive location,

it had a lovely entrance and feel to it. bed v comfy. reception staff brilliant.

the bar/restaurant staff were very disorganized and slow. also not attentive at all. we would have had at least 3 more drinks but service very slow. and only a few people in the bar.

beautiful hotel and very new. excellent shower and a friendly and adequate lady at the reception.

Retro but modern :). Very clean, room was very comfortable. The shower is just perfect. Relatively close both to the Congress center and the City center. The quality and variety of food for breakfast is great. I would give it a 4+ star.
