Hotel Do Chile

This was the best hotel I've stayed in Portugal so far. It has all the facilities, even a bath (it is a lot for me :D). The room had a refrigerator (which wasn't the case in the first 2 hotels I've stayed). The breakfast was very plentiful and tasty.

Good location, not too far away from city centre, maybe 30 min walk. Breakfast was simple, but very good. The staff very nice & friendly

Nothing bad, only the other guests around us , same floor or not , didn't have any consideration and make too much noise till late in the night and early mornings. Maybe because the walls are thin ?! But that ' s not the hotel issue. This are the people nowadays

I stayed at this hotel four nights . The hotel itself is lovely — clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The staff were also pleasant.

Every morning it was exactly the same: sausage, plain sliced bread, bread rolls, croissants, two cereals, yogurt, , ham and cheese. There was no fresh fruit available, and only orange juice and what seemed like lemon juice,and hot drinks.

Friendly staff and good location, close to arroiso metro station. The room is clean an equipped with all neccesary. Breakfast is good as well.

Location, close to metro, airport, city. Clean room daily, warm water, good wifi, good selection of TV channels.

No kettle in the room, breakfast was very basic and the same 4 days in a row, no variation at all. Construction from 9am.

Is not clean small in the night the shower get cold

Excellent location, clean building with elevators, very good room with a little refrigerator, good wi-fi and good free breakfast!

The location was convenient to bakeries and restaurants. I am in a wheelchair. The hotel had a lift to get me in and out of hotel entrance. Unfortunately, the bath tub in the room not accessible. I requested a shower and yes, there was a shower in the bathtub! Next time I will be more specific. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The staff helpful. I will stay here again my next trip to Lisbon if they can arrange a room with a walk in shower.

I couldn't shower. Had to use wash clothes.

the location is great near to metro station and to many tourist attractions. there are restaurant and grocery store near the hotel very accesible. the room we have was spacious and has a balcony.

the breakfast they can do better they dont refill food faster there were no scramble eggs left and they dont refill anymore. no choices so disappointing.i also ask double bed they confirmed but gave me twin bed.

Very good location. You can walk to centre 20 min or to the metro 5min. There are shops and places to eat close by. Staff is helpful. There is possibility to eat breakfast. WiFi works well.

Breakfast is very limted and everyday the same. No vegies such as tomatoes, cucambers or pepper. Coffee and tea really bad. It is better to walk 1 min to a bakery and buy breakfast for 4,50 or coffee for 2,50. Attaching a picture.

Good location with direct bus connection to the airport and to the cruise ships terminal (the bus stop is just around the corner).Employees at the reception desk are very kind.Nice, clean and quiet room.Kettle, tea and coffee included.Breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties (mostly cold food).

water was never hot enough. Great power shower but didnt remain constant, and even on full hot, it wasnt perfect
