It has a lot of space, bed was comfy, check in really quick and efficient. Also very safe

The bath room is really small, and the door doesn’t close enough. It is near the center but, you the street that is located the hotel is a little bit strange

Spacious room in a charming building with high ceilings, shower good and kitchenette unexpected surprise. Luggage lockers well sized and padlocks can be bought in supermarket opposite for eur2

Location on a main road with some interesting characters around. Our room at the front enjoyed a balcony but shook as trams passed. Bathroom fan sounded like it was going to take off. Mattress very soft for our liking.

The location was great! Everything easily accessible!

We got smaller room than what we booked, but it was on discount so that might be the reason.

Big rooms, clean rooms. A lot of value for the price.

This is a self-service hotel. After the one staff member leaves, you have to have a code to get it (provided) and a code (sent to you by e-mail the day you are to arrive) to get your room key out of the safe in the lobby. I went out later one evening and passed an older couple sitting in the lobby looking at their cell phone. When I came back over an hour later, they were still there. This type of operation may be ok for younger people, but I will use a different hotel next time.

The room lighting was poor and. The toilet is dirty and has bugs, a huge spider. The shampoo dispenser was not working, the house keeping did not do a good job cleaning some tighter parts in especially in the toilet. The toilet also has bad drainage system so the toilet always smells when we get back. The area outside of the apartment is dirty and messy.

The room was nice, beautifully designed, and spacious enough for two people. It felt warm and inviting, and the location was perfect - just steps away from popular tourist attractions and shops.

Lovely location!! Very polite and helpful staff, nice room, great bed linens and towels. Will be back again, guaranteed !!❤️

Price, rooms were nice

Not having storage for luggage, had to buy a lock

It was convenient to one of the main squares in Lisbon. A little over a kilometer to get to shopping, restaurants etc.

Wasn’t sure about the area at first. The front of the place is a door. Once in it was quite nice. The room was perfect for me. Had all the amenities I needed. Perfect for getting out and exploring

The room was extremely comfortable. Large shower with modern features (wand and rain shower heads), well lit, soft bed and sheets, even an elevator if you prefer. The mobile staff were responsive, while the onsite cleaning staff were helpful with requests as well. The location couldn’t be better for reaching anywhere in Lisbon easily through the metro or walking.

The walls may seem a bit slim. A few nights you might hear the sounds of a younger child fussing or some folks walking back to their rooms on the hardwood floors (not enough to wake me, but noticeable if you were still up).

The bathroom door had a leak and the rug got damp every time we took a shower

Breakfast was not included. I did not order from the provided menu.

The availability of room cleaning was limited. the staff were friendly and kind....but very busy.

Good location

Back rooms are exposed to air condition noise. Get a front street facing room

Inside it's perfect. Easy check-in, spacious clean rooms, AC works great and the staff is very friendly. No complaints about the hotel itself.

Outside it's rough and chaotic. Visible drug activity and I even got into a fist fight in broad daylight with an aggressive man. So the location, despite being a short walk from the metro and close to many attractions, is not safe.

Very convenient location, we choose to pay a little more for our accommodation to be in the center and did not regret it. The hotel was very clean, well decorated and very confortable ! Absolutely recommend.

Clean and great Staff. Beside a little mall and department store!

Just a bit far from the station , lots of walking if you like it.

Rooms were spotless there was 6 of us and we had 3 rooms couldn’t fault anything! Only thing it needs is a simple sign saying there is no one at the front desk from 6-9.30 the man at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful

No sign saying that the front desk will be unattended from 6-9.30 because anybody trying to check in were panicking

We stayed two times, and second room wasn’t very nice, more space but less comfortable

It has air condition.

It’s far from the city center and it’s near crowded areas.
