Hotel Dom Carlos Liberty

While the location is on a swanky street of upscale stores, the hotel itself feels tiny - our room was especially small. But it was clean. Breakfast was fine - basic continental. The staff was friendly.

Coffee selection was very limited. Other hotels had cappuccino machines with various brews to choose from. Our room was the smallest of our whole stay.

Close to the conference I was attending (which was at the Intercontinental), centrally located and close to the Metro, good price. Clean comfortable hotel, not fancy but just what I needed. Free internet, good breakfast. Fruit plate in room on arrival.

Room is so small that it is awkward. Can't open the door of fridge/minibar because it bumps into the bed. Can't sit at desk until you move the wastebasket. But overall okay. I was glad to have a desk and refrigerator.

Strategic location, breakfast and small but basic and clean room

Breakfast was amazing, location was amazing, service was amazing, gym was sufficient.

Shower doors were a little confusing.

I was sad that a bottle of water and coffee/ tea are NOT offered complimentary in room.Complimentary shuttle service to and from El Corte Ingles is NOT offered like other local hotels.

Good location, easy walk to the centre. Great communication from staff, helped me book a taxi to and from airport. Good breakfast. Room were good and clean.

The hotel is very clean, with daily housekeeping. The staff is extremely friendly and very professional. On New Year’s Eve, they made my day even more special with a sweet gift. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were in front of the elevator, so we can hear all the customers using the elevator ???

Everything is charged for , no coffee or tea facilities in the room , even the water is charged for

The staff was very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The place is walking distance from the center. Bolt / uber are not bad too.

I would like to stay on the historic centre of Lisbon.

I was only in Lisbon for one night. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. Plenty to eat for a vegan like me. The hotel is clean and pretty and walking distance to restaurants, buses, hop on hop off buses. Very, very nice would stay again.

Attitude of reception staff when my partner made a complaint re dirty linen left on the windowsill for 2 days, also was expected to pay for extra coffee pods, 4 in room free, no milk pods or creamer, never had to pay for extra coffee in a hotel always been given out freely if pods are too expensive then just put coffee sachets there, also water left in kettle and coffee machine ? From previous guests so couldn’t guarantee they were clean, had to be rinsed out and water changed prior to use. receptionist said dirty linen was nothing to do with her as she was just a receptionist. Receptionists are representative and face of the company and are a link between guest and management and should therefore take any issues and feedback. Second receptionist ( very tall man) started to stand up to my partner and thought better of and sat back down , not enough room for breakfast, I had to wait for other guests to leave in order to sit down and eat, booking . Com states coffee shop on site ? Where

The bed was very comfortable, room was very nice with lots of natural light during the day , quiet and clean, excellent location that made it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made my stay even better.

The only downside was that the lift was quite slow at times.

Location was excellent; great breakfast; friendly staff.
