Loved the location near the water and away from the city. Access to Belem was a short walk and several monuments were nearby and beautiful at night!

Did not like the black decor and low lighting throughout made it very difficult to see. Also the rooms are nice but not designed very well for storage including bathroom. Beds are low so cannot store luggage under. Tub slippery no matt provided.

Clean and amazing staff. The manager came out to personally welcome me which I personally appreciate because it rarely happens in most establishments.

Great location with super friendly staff. Wish we could stay there longer.

Spa was too busy to take new request.

V friendly staff, we were upgraded to a fantastic suite with jacuzzi. We were overlooking the river and close to everything. Thank you!

I liked eveything about our stay in your Hotel! The kindness of the staff, the hotel room and facilities, the beautificul view, the Spa, the breakfast... Everything was perfect :)

Very nice staff on the reception very friendly and helpful. The location was great definitely. The restaurants staff and food was good.

The toilet is so small and there is no lights near the cabinet, makes it too dark to see.

Big rooms and good breakfast, also Free parking very much space.

Faraway from what we like. Very worn down rooms. Super hard beds.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. A beautiful, luxurious hotel done the way 5 stars should be. Lovely staff, all the best at hospitality, and the restaurant served an amazing breakfast. We will be back again and I highly recommend Altis Belem.

There was nothing we disliked

Very nice location, nice staff, comfy bed and pillows.

Our aisle of the hotel was very cold, especially near the end (where our room was). We were given an upgraded room with an extra living room where the curtain buttons didn't work and the AC wouldn't get the living room to the required temperature. We had a jacuzzi in the the balcony but the door that leads from the WC to the balcony was closed and we were given no key. During the night there was ongoing loud humming noise which we were told the next day it was from the fans in the pool that were not turned off, but even during the day the amount of noise it makes is ridiculous and definitely not up to standards for a 5* hotel.

Great hotel with amazing Facilities, view and location.

The gym, internal pool, sauna and spa was opening at 9.00 closing at 19.00. Not ideal if you go for work and you finish at 19.00 no really time left to go and use them. They should consider changing the timeframe.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk

The bedroom lighting was not easy and not adequate in the bathroom. The wardrobe door were difficult and noisy.

The hotel is small , it may require a lobby with coffee shop service, Toilets in some of the rooms requires to put curtains on the class wall

Classy hotel in a 4 star rather disappointed overall

Noisy room with the road and especially the trainin the SPA hygiene very limited to checking the cleanliness and especially the presence of a dog in the SPA area first time I see that.

Breakfast was great, loved the pasteis de nata in the room, staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa is amazing!

It would be nicer to have the bottle of water replenished after day 1. We stayed for three days ad only had one bottle of water for free.

I found the breakfast not excellent. Was expecting an American all breakfast type. Different type of eggs etc. But the waiters were so kind and professional

The location is perfect. Modern rooms with view to river or marina, stunning breakfast and best reception desk. And one michelin star cuisine. Easy parking. Can't be better. Will come again.

I liked the location - close to the main Belem sights and my work venue. The hotel included SPA and impressive rooftop! Staff was helpful and friendly. I loved the design and the conform of the room.

Minor inconsistencies:-staff was brilliant but the SPA lady had an outburst once that I did not appreciate;-cleaning was spotless but one day it was not done properly;-the hotel bar was nice and silent but when it had events the noise was a bit disturbing; -not all facilities that were listed on the offer were present in the room, and after I asked for them only some were delivered.
