The quality of the room, the balcony, and the closeness to all sorts of amenities.

This hotel doesn’t claim to be anything it’s not - the rooms are small but clean and comfortable and I LOVE that the windows open up to a bustling street. The location is not the best, you’re walking 15-20 minutes to get to most things and that isn’t ideal. The front desk team is…. there. Not super warm and friendly but efficient in check in/out and answered questions. Breakfast was okay, the food was pretty bland and lacked variety but the expectations were low for a 2-star hotel. The coffee is good and hot and the breakfast area is small but lovely.

A small moderate priced hotel just next to the metro exit. Perfect for an overnight stay. Staff was nice and welcoming. The continental breakfast is pretty standard.

Too few sockets in the room (and they are located inconveniently). The breakfast room is too small to accommodate even 20 people.

Excellent breakfast buffet! Nice outside patio option to eat when the weather is good.The front desk staff is very welcoming and professional. Tiago at the front desk was especially kind to help try to find lost sunglasses by calling the restaurant where we dined the prior evening. Easy access to the metro within 20 ft of the hotel. Also only about 25 minutes to walk to the center of the city, no hills on the large boulevard. Nice international hotel guests, all quiet and respectful of others. Comfortable bed, good bed linens.Nice to have a 24-hr front desk because we arrived close to midnight. Two elevators!

Not too much of a problem for us, but if stairs are an issue, there are several from the street level to get down to the front desk. I’m sure the staff would help with luggage if needed.

Pretty okay! Room was nice for 3 people, the breakfast was also okay - nothing crazy but enough to get by. They also store your luggage so that's nice.

The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. We were three people and the room that we were given at first was really small, but they upgraded us to a family room for a discounted rate and made our stay really pleasant.

I feel the neighborhood was not the best, for sure not much of a European vibe

Staff were always pleasant and cheerful. Breakfast was very satisfying. Location with transportation right outside front door made traveling around city easy. Room was clean yet a bit small.

A bet sketchy neighborhood a couple blocks away, at first caused alarm. Though lots of graffiti and abandoned buildings nearby, all people were very pleasant., especially the fruit lady, across the street, who greets everyone from her table of fruit with a happy grin. So looks are deceiving.

The staff were warm , welcoming and friendly. The staff gave us ideas and where we could go while visiting Lisboa. As we had a late coach back to Tavira we asked if it was possible that we get a late check out we were prepared to pay the extra the Manager there said she would upgrade our room and we could check out at 3 pm instead of 11.am If we were to visit Lisboa again we would definitely staff here and we have already recommended this hotel to our family and friends after seeing the pictures and videos we took of the hotel.

The breakfast was not to our taste my husband doesn't eat meat or fish and I don't eat pork. It would have been nice if there had been a wider choice of hot breakfast that catered for vegetarians and those who don't Eat pork I must say the continental breakfast is good.

Very good breakfast..fresh stuff..nice staff. Location OK, 20 min walk to main square. Room was alright.

My bed was too firm. I had to soften it an w extra blanket.
