    Pros +

    • Met expectations. Perfect for a brief stay in Lisbon where you are out and about each day.
    • Convenient location, all necessary amenities provided. Great breakfast & snacks at entrance a nice touch.
    • The only good thing was the mattress—it was very comfortable, thankfully, since we were coming from Spain and heading to Canada.

    Cons -

    • Responsiveness with respect to a request for an early check-in was slow. Initial request was made with the initial room booking, but required additional e-mail and phone follow-up for a response. The absence of an early check-in option maybe limited to those travelling from countries west of Portugal considering time changes etc.
    • Nothing. All good!
    • For the price, we could have found something better in Lisbon. The room was extremely small for four people; we couldn’t get comfortable and had to stack one suitcase on top of another. Breakfast only starts at 8 a.m. in a very tiny space that cannot accommodate so many guests. Our flight was at 11 a.m., and we barely had time to grab a quick coffee before rushing out. Breakfast was advertised as a highlight of the hotel, but starting at 8 a.m. makes it practically useless for early travelers. The staff service (the lady)was very limited. The night before, we requested he to book an XXL taxi for 5 suitcases and 4 people, but what arrived was suitable for only 2 people and 2 suitcases. We almost missed our flight—that morning was horrible, very stressful, and it wasn’t cheap for that level of quality in Lisbon. I do not recommend it.The front desk attendant (guy)on the morning of November 20 was shockingly rude and completely indifferent to our urgent situation, offering zero assistance during an incredibly stressful moment.

A simple hotel, do not expect much. It was clean and the staff was super nice but the room was small and the place is very basic

    Small room

Location was great. Price was reasonable... make sure you book with mobile phone as the room we rented was $30 cheaper using your cell phone to book the same room. You should eat at Portugalia which is only a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was worth it. The taxi was only ten euros on a weekday during traffic hours.

Great location, good breakfast and friendly staff

A bit noisy outside if you want windows open for fresh air.

I enjoyed my stay at the Dinka Lisbon Hotel and most grateful to the entire staff there for making my vacation so enjoyable.Although everyone was helpful and pleasant, Soria went the extra mile to help me plan my sightseeing trips and transportation options. Her suggestions were all turned out to be memorable experiences and I am most grateful to her.

Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and cleanNice, quiet, not crowded breakfast space

Mold around bathroom tubs, some hair on shower wallBathroom space is extremely tight, sufficient only for one person

We stayed there for our wedding weekend in Lisbon. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating to us. They even left a little treat for us in the room. We had planned for our wedding guests to meet at Dinya Lisbon Hotel and a charter bus would take all guests from here to our venue. Since we had around 50 guests from around Lisbon, they let everyone wait in the lounge. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Nights were quiet.

The rooms are much smaller than expected. We couldn’t even open our luggage properly unless we opened it on the bed. And since we had a large booking with a lot of family also staying there, the lobby is too small for everyone to hang out and the Lounge is closed outside of breakfast time. (On our wedding day, they made an exception, thankfully.) This was a surprise for us because the picture on Booking still has the lounge as the main image. Like I said, they tried to accommodate us as best they could. Just be aware that the spaces in general are much smaller than they appear on Booking.

I stayed at Dinya Lisbon and overall had a decent experience. The hotel itself is ok for the price you get you don’t expect much, but I was disappointed with the service at check-in. The receptionist who assisted us was neither helpful nor friendly, which made the arrival feel uncomfortable. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this did not reflect the level of hospitality I was expecting.I hope the management can improve the reception experience when people check in.

The reception people were very nice! It’s very clean and comfortable! Very quiet for sleeping. No street noise at night!Breakfast was very good!

Staff was accomodating and available 24 hrs. Location was great. Great Indian restaraunt across the street! Lot's of other choices for food as well. Easy to get a taxi to airport.

Online said there was free shuttle service. Not true. They did however arrange taxi for us. It's on a street with absolutely no parking. Parking difficult in the area overall.

Staff was polite ,everything clean ,location

Breakfast was included in price ,staff didn't know anything about alergies so I had to eat just gf bread and fruit ,everything else was gluten contaminated

the breakfast was good. the staff were friendly. the location was great as well.

the parking was too tiny and needed to pay extra for it.

Breakfast on their terrace was nice. Staff offered plenty of support and suggestions for activities around the city.

    7CherylPosted on: 6-10-2025

The room was bright, & the breakfast was good.

The room was too small. I would have chosen a hotel in a different location had I known the city better. You have to take the metro & tram to see all the major attractions. It was good to learn how to get around though.

    6JoanPosted on: 6-5-2025

    Hotel was clean.

Appears to be going through a rebranding and not really as described. The lounge area is no longer available, seems to be more corporate offering. The reception area is not facing you on approach, it is to the side leading to no interaction, seems unwelcoming/ unfriendly

The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure everything was fine. One morning we planned to leave early for an all day tour. The front desk made sure we had a portable breakfast to eat. The staff made us feel very special. The snacks and juice in the afternoon was very nice. We especially liked the breakfast room and variety offered. It was quiet & we slept well.

The room seemed small for 2 twin beds.

    8DeborahPosted on: 4-26-2025

The staff were very good and its a lovely boutique hotel in quite a good location with metro not too far to walk albeit up hill. Restaurants across the road and around the corner were brilliant.

The room was a bit small making putting our 2 large suitcases down a bit awkward. One was in the bathroom which was not the best but the height of the shower floor was a bit difficult for us both being in our 60's and 70's, but we managed.
