Staff was very friendly and helpful

This is not even close to being a four start hotel, had to ask for towels from day one as none in the room, no shampoo, no toiletries whatsoever including soap on shower, towels are from inaugural day, water temperature fluctuates from cold to scalding,

Location is the best. The staff is very nice and cooperative.

Reception staff is over occupied, they forgot to give my message to the cleaning staff.

Property is good, just right location - decent breakfast. The river view room is amazing and you wake up to beautiful sunlight everyday!

I think no one in the hotel understands what a fresh and clean towel means! We never got a fresh towel throughout the stay and it’s so disrespectful to your guests! I raised the complaint twice and the team just delivered zillion year old towels - Ramada time to check and change your towels for good ! And the Cisco phone in our room - it never worked ! Someone came and fixed it the night I complained- it’s off again the next morning which means I had to go to the reception from 13th floor every single time there is something!

The man that was on duty in the front of house was exceptionally helpful and we were so happy for his help suggestions for restaurant and how the parking works. I unfortunately cannot remember his name but made our stay really pleasant and was more friendly and helpful than the reception ladies

Really good breakfast, spacious room! Located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but right next to a metro station.

location was excellent. Subway to city centre and to Airport was next to hotel. Comfortable rooms and very clean.

Breakfast was not as expected from a hotel of this rating. It was ok.

Location next to transport was good, staff as usual in Portugal are great

Breakfast always cold, watch out for bus loads of Asians as you know it's going to be one of those stays

Excellent location with a metro station nearby, really easy to go and come from the airport and to Lisbon city. The hotel itself is lovely with a bar and restaurant and the staff were friendly.

Receptionists ok, breakfast ok, cleaning ok

The heat didn t work, rumourous room, Windows that not isolate noise, noisy ventilation on the hall, old furniture, marked bed sheets, no shoes

This has become my go-to for weekend escapes in Lisbon. Great price. Fabulous staff. Good location. Spacious, immaculately clean rooms with beautiful views. On-site parking. An excellent breakfast buffet. A cute, snug little bar with good house wine and a nice snack/pub food menu

The towels were dark coloured, as if they haven’t been changed in a while. That’s not very nice. They were gray, I would expect the hotel to care about this aspect more.Besides, the room was a bit dusty.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It is in a quiet area and that is what I wanted. It is a bit far from the center for those looking for a hotel in the center, it will not really suit them. But personally I liked the location

I didn't like the behavior of the staff a bit.And not all the staff can speak English, it was a bit difficult with them.And I also didn't like the hotel's breakfast, there wasn't a large range of options.And I didn't like the pillows in the room.They are of a very low standard that doesn't suit this hotel chain.I would wake up every day with neck pain and headaches.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful at the reception. The staff in the breakfast area was not so welcoming and expressive towards guests.

The hotel is not really Ramada quality. We paid quiet high price thinking we will get ramada quality but we were wrong. Except reception and welcoming area, this hotel doesnot look like ramada. The room had a lot of dents on walls but also on the furniture. We were shocked when we entered the room. The room looked so outdated. There were no extra amenities like shaving kit, body cream or so.The bed linnen had a hole and there was only 1 fixed light in the room, rest were all temporary standing lamps. The power outlets were not loacted at easy locations but mainly behind the bed.

Louis in Lobby Bar awful ? ? hotel beds , pillows so bad and uncomfortable. bed sheets , blankets are 3 star.

Great staff, especially Marco, the front desk manager who is very nice and very patient and assisted us very well with whatever needs we had. Excellent breakfast choice, well-organised, good quality of food, and very clean. The location of the hotel is very close to a metro station and also to a supermarket. Super clean rooms and facilities, including a small fitness zone. Good size of the room.Highly recommended!

Maybe the lighting could be a bit better as it was a bit dim.

Breakfast was chaotic. Staff were too slow at cleaning and preparing the tables for the next guests. Also tge heating was so strong one could barely breathe. It was an awful breakfast experience.
