On our last morning, we had to leave early and the food was not put out until well after 7:30. It would’ve been better for us if the food was ready at seven so that we could’ve left earlier. On the first night, we could not get the temperature down. It was too warm. It was fixed for the next day.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly.

Great hotel in Lisbon in a great location. All comfortable, clean, and amazing. Friendly and helpful staff (Cesario provided us with inside suggestions for a step-by-step directions for a trip to Setubal. After which we had an amazing conversation). Will stay there again!

Good location and clean hotel with a good breakfast

The breakfast room was very crowded mid-morning, so we had to wait for a table

Breakfast each morning was generous and varied. Scrambled eggs and bacon and sausages (two types). Meat, cheese, yogurt, croissants, natas, baked beans (!), veggies.

Room was a tad rundown; a good lick of paint would have been nice. Carpet stained. Other hotels that I stayed in on my trip required key to have elevator access to guest floors.

Location was great. Breakfast was good and plentiful

Room was very small. Decor was garish and very low class. Toiletries were minimal especially no shampoo and conditioner. :(

It’s a nice clean hotel in a good location near a big park and a metro close by with plenty of cafes and restaurants The way hotel is built they don’t have a big windows and not a lot of light can go through which is fine if you’re not planning to stay in your room all day

The only thing I didn’t like is that there was no shampoo and conditioner in a shower ( something that surprised me ) but they do have a body wash

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and the location was safe and not too crowded but close to great restaurants and a beautiful park. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Lisbon who doesn’t want to stay where it’s super touristy but at the same time very walkable.

Coffee maker needs improvement in the room

Very central location. Very clean, very good lunch.

Great central location with easy access to restaurants and public transportation.

After-hours front desk service was substandard. Airport transport no-showed adding unplanned cost. Hotel said Booking.com was responsible. Booking.com was non-responsive to 3 customer service messages. Has now been a week.

The roomWas extremely small as well as the bed. The air conditioner did not work properly. The location. Is. It near of any of the main attractions ( historic neighborhoods, metro, train station, restaurants). In addition, the price for what they offered is too high.

Wry conveniently located.

Bolt drivers mixed up the name with the nearby Epic SANA Hotel so lost two rides because we didn’t “show up”. Learned it was easier to walk across the road and pick up the Bolt ride at the Epic SANA.

Old, and tightly spaced for the money. Friendly staff, breakfast good.

I would have preferred it to be a single large bed, but they attached two single beds together, and it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep.
