The location was great. The room was comfortable.

There was literally no staff at the hotel after 4pm. No receptionist, no concierge, no room service, no one to ask for a towel, ice, nothing to assist hotel guests in any way. If there had been a malfunction with air conditioning or shower or some sort of actual emergency, that would been a big problem.

Because the hotel is tiny the stuff leaves very early, so it’s impossible to order hot water, tea or coffee. Stylish but not that comfortable. Pillows are awful. Breakfast is beautiful a la cart but definitely doesn’t worth the money you pay.

Courtyard is lovely. Take breakfast out there. Breakfast is a high end US brunch. Delicious. Bathroom is so cool. Architecture is awesome

No staff from 5 pm to 7:30 am. Rooms need place/ hooks to hang wet towels. No closet or drawers so lived out of suitcases on floor.

We loved the elegant architectural design of the hotel and the fantastic gourmet breakfast served by the lovely chef Luis. Our room was comfy and spacious, fabulous bed, and the bathroom was excellent, with beautiful toiletries. One of the really great things about the hotel is the staff, particularly Daniela and Diogo, who went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect for us, with recommendations and tips, and they attended to all our needs so generously. And a big plus is having no piped muzak in the hotel generally and at breakfast.. It makes it extra calm and relaxing. Bravo!

The digital arrangements for breakfast were a bit torturous, and could be made easier - we had to remember to fill in an online form every day, which didn't feel like a holiday! Also it would be helpful to know what time we had booked as we didn't get confirmation. But that was all.

The hotel is very new and well kept. Big room, great bathroom. Very kind service.

Need to change the towels daily. Bath supplies almost finished after the first day but they did not fill. The Bfast we had to order the day before and no replacements.

A beautiful hotel. Private, quiet, peaceful. Great service from an attentive staff and a lovely breakfast. It’s a 10. Bathtubs, views and balconies…ahhhhhh

Excellent design, perfect location, great rooms, exquisite breakfasts

The booking system for the breakfast is a real issue as places are limited. Your breakfast can be pushed to 9.30/10.00.

The staff are exceptionally gracious. Daniela went above and beyond to welcome and accommodate us when we arrived. Great location just out of the way enough. Architecturally excellent. Minimal design but perfectly appropriate.

The bar on the corner gets a little rowdy late at night

Centrally located, walking distance to much of the city. Loved the gourmet breakfast concept. Stunning architecture and clean, minimalistic design.

I am a morning coffee drinker and would have liked some facility to make coffee in the room.

Amazing design bed bathroom and breakfast

Beautifully renovated. The breakfast was superb and the staff delightful.

No hot water in the evening but fine in the morning.

The Design aesthetic was incredible - very beautifully set up- tasteful and in keeping with the charm of the character of the building. I had only one breakfast- it was a delight. Louiz the chef did such a beautiful bkfast spread for me- Diogo was a charming host.

The fact that there is no provision for separate quilts for 2 people sharing a bed- ideally some facility to accommodate twin beds would be good- and if that isn’t possible, they should at least provide separate duvets…

Great location, modern facilities

There is no one on site so if there is an issue like we had with not being able to get in the room you have to call an emergency number. They did respond quickly though.

I loved everything about the hotel but in particular the staff.

Unfortunately my husband knocked the lamp off the bedside table and the shade broke. We were perfectly willing to pay a reasonable price to pay for the damage but were sent an invoice for 441 euros. Needless to say I was in shock and did respond as felt this was excessive so suffered the loss of 150 euros security deposit. So beware if you are clumsy.

Its a beautiful hotel, although the part that made our stay amazing were the people working here. Such a kind, hospitable, warm group of people. We really enjoyed the breakfast, but more so because of them - thank you for the lovely exchange and to the owner - keep these people, they are a gem!

The hotel is beautiful in a great location, a stunning and quiet neighborhood that is not very central, but also not too far from the center and the tourist attractions. Public transportation is nearby and accessible. The room in the hotel was charming, clean, and comfortable. The interior design is beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious and indulgent. The staff was pleasant and approachable. The hotel is small, calm, and quiet. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

The bed was too small for us and the lights near the beds was too low for reading

Really skilled and friendly personell allways ready to help. Well built, and tidy rooms, exellent location. Highly recommended. Exelent breakfast.

You have to prebook the breakfast.

Superb breakfast. Perfect for a Vegan looking for something exceptional and enough variety

Would have liked to make coffee in the room. But a very minor point.
