I do not recommend this accommodation even just because you will be staying in the city center for a low price. Chaotic communication. At the last minute, they informed us that payment can only be made in cash. The room appeared to be tidy. But there was 100-year-old dust on the wardrobe, dirty towels (washed on approx. 0 mode), the blanket had never been washed, washing powder was falling from the sheets, a lot of noise! But!!!! Not from outside, but from the corridor, where employees were talking loudly to each other or playing videos from their mobile phones. The whole night was interrupted by an unpleasant ringing, which the guests had to ring when they wanted to go to their accommodation. So I didn't sleep even one of the 3 nights. In the morning around 8:00 a.m. you will not find anyone at the reception, because he is probably sleeping somewhere, even during the day. The bathroom is broken, the curtain was moldy. And BEWARE! The best part for the end - today we brought home insect bites all over our bodies!!!!! This is to warn about hygiene and to close immediately Bon dias ! Not worth the view or the location!

Very nice staff, amazing view from my window, perfect location. I am not sure if that tall guy (Ozayr) was owner, but he was very nice and sent my post card to my family for Christmas because I was too busy.

I booked a room with balcony but I got without (and yes I'm a smoker).

The location and the cleanliness

The lift is always broken lately and the hotel is located on the 5th floor. I understand that the visitors don’t use it properly but it would be nice to have the lift working

Excellent location just next to Rossio Square and close to metro station, great option for taking public transport. Provide barhrobe and slippers as well as kettle. Owner is very kind and provide useful tips.

Room is dated but you get what you pay for.

Great staff + helped me finding my Zen mode for a couple of days in great Lisbon , church clock is ticking beautifully just near the hotel with a great view of old school vibes :)

The room only had one power socket…annoying

The bathrooms were regularly cleaned. There were slippers, a robe, and towels provided in the room. The administrator is extremely nice, he was always ready to help and friendly, he was always positive and shared his energy - it is amazing! Greatly appreciate him being so attentive and caring. The location of the hotel is perfect: right at the city centre and close to the subway. It is also good that the hotel is situated on the last floor, so that no noise bothers the guests. The administrator was available 24/7 and took care of safety.

The bathrooms are shared, so there is no private bathroom in the room. The furniture is a bit oldish, but in working order.

Elevator didn't workYou have to ring the bell to open the main door so every gest getting in is ringing the bell. That's not very pleasant when you try to sleep.

The location is perfect, central, but quiet.Personal was very helpful, they keep my bags so I could walk around until my flight. The room itself was clean, but everything else wasn't.

The place looks much worse than on the pictures. Everything is old and needs to be repaired or replaced. Although the room was kinda clean, there was a weird strong smell of air freshener. The bathroom and toilet weren't clean, there was water everywhere. And there was ugly, dirty old mantras in the corridor in front of my room. Also, they take only cash, but they send me a message, so I was aware about it.

The place is located in city center. Staff is super friendly and always in the best mood.

If you look in advance, you might find a better place with private bathroom and for the same price

They were friendly and the place was reasonably clean. The location was great. We were in the midst of everything. The view out our tiny window was lovely

Our key was only for the room, not for the building, and the building was often locked. There was a way to buzz in, but there was not always someone there. So my husband was stuck outside for 20 minutes in the rain, waiting for someone to open the door after his morning run

Superb location, friendly staff. It has all you need to stay. If you are looking for luxury, it's not your place. Also, the walls are thin.

Only 2 wall plugs so nowhere to plug the fridge into, staff barged in at 8.10am, no knock, we had till 12pm to check out so was no need for it. Completely invasive and no apology. Don’t understand why this happened but felt very uncomfortable

You depend on the staff to get in to the accommodation every time (the main entrance was locked), overall quality, dirty bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay at Bons Dias. The location is very central, the room has air conditioning, a comfortable bed and a balcony. The communication was very fast, they were ready to help 24 hours.There is a local supermarket Pingo Doce nearby. We also left our luggage after checking out, which was great not to have our bags while walking. The shared bathrooms were quite clean (there was toilet paper and shampoo).We even stayed 2 nights longer than it was planned. I will consider staying at Bons Dias again while in Lisbon.

There were water drops from the air conditioner periodically in the room, but the receptionist helped to fix it very fast. Not enough outlets to charge all our staff. A power extension cord may help. Very small trash bin in the room.Not possible to go to the balcony because it's too small and the air conditioner takes all its space.

The location was so convenient and steps away from the train station. The room was so beautiful with a gorgeous view and a patio that you can walk outside. It was such a good value and I had an air conditioner which really helped because Lisbon is so hot!
