Dorma Liberdade

Location and clean

No ice maker or bar (as listed), no refrigerator

The location was great ! Super close to the bus station

The bathroom was very - very - tight ... And the door ... Was not a normal door.

Best location for business and leisure activities in the city center. Good breakfast with sufficient offerings.

The location, it was cleaned and the staff was able to help

Everything was Ok. Huge bed, bathroom and room new and clean. Good breakfast, near to public transport. The staff is very polite. Special thanks to Gonçalo and Gustavo that work during the breakfast

Loved our stay . The breakfast was very good!

The room was very small. A little noise from the street!

Very good overall service with good location for that area, excellent breakfast, cleanliness, and most staff were very friendly.

Lifts were available, but in the section stayed in the hotel, there were a few steps leading to room, which made it difficult to manoeuvre luggage and wouldn't be suitable for anyone who's difficulties with stairs. This wasn't made clear when booking the room. The downside of having a good location meant it wasn't completely soundproof. Wi-fi was patchy.

Location and cleanliness. Staff is very friendly

Helpful staffGood breakfastLarge and comfortable roomExcellent location

We had a room on the first floor, and there was a shared balcony between three rooms. This did not make me feel safe.In the hotel corridor there was a very strong smell that was not very pleasant.

Great location though not exactly central but still convenient. Friendly staff and was overall a lovely and comfortable experience. Will stay here again in fhw future.

Very good location, easy to get around

The bathroom isn’t as clean, there are some black mould on the floor

Clean room, nice space and design.

Street noise was very loud; area is residential, significant distance from city center.

The hotel is located at a prime location: 20m from subway, surroundings had stores, supermarket, garden, downtown is very close.

Mattresses are in need of replacement... are clearly bitten by usage...Internet could be better.

This is our home away from home. We've stayed in this hotel more than 10 times, and should have loyalty points. Rooms are comfortable, Aircon and WiFi is excellent, beds are comfy, large bath towels, walk-in showers, quality amenities and great location to metro. Kettle in the room, coffee/tea sachets and complimentary bottle of water. Never tried their breakfast but it's popular. We're normally have breakfast across the street at a local cafe.

Do not reserve with this hotel and save yourself from some headache.

The service I received from the hotel and staff was disappointing to say the least. The hotel policy is designed to go after and snatch your money even for a service they haven't provided. I never came across such unreasonable and inconsiderate customer service in the hotel industry. You have been warned!

It was very clean and comfortable

The bathroom had water coming out reddish when you opened the taps

Excellent location, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

Hotel is in great location, near metro stop. Many nice restaurants in the area. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff was very attentive. Nice size rooms and everything very clean.

The only thing I would have limed was to have some drawers to store clothing.

Location is excellent, central, near metro and bus stations and also hop on hop off starting point. Breakfast was great. and room was very clean.
