This hotel was completely booked when I made my reservation. The hotel rebooked me 15 minutes out yo a different hotel. Being a foreigner, it was not an ideal experience.

Very good business hotel, well located, all is there.

Restaurant closed weekends!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall a nice hotel but not a 4 star.

Staff at reception during day time were a bit rude. Gym was too small to be called a gym. Breakfast was very normal. Location was not good, too far from the city center.

The stuff was very rude and unfriendly, very small bathroom and dark room, like you had no air and no light.The bteakfast pretty poor, and again, the stuff was very very rude.

Hotel is excellent! Comfortable, very clean, attentive and helpful staff.

Walls are a bit thin. We could hear neighbors opening and closing their doors and closet.

Not a good value buy. Not enough amenities. Breakfast just remain the same, no varieties for the 6 day stay. In room coffee bags not replenished. Did replenishing only after requesting.

It is horrible to park in the proximity of the hotel.Hotel does not have parking inside and one have to spend hours (and I’m not exaggerating) looking for parking.

Room Exceeded Expectation. Hotel sent a comp bottle of sparking wine to my room for my birthday. Staff were consistently courteous and friendly.

It's about a 20-30 min walk to the historical center - it's not a bad thing, it was really nice to have a walk. But Lisbon is hilly so for someone this may be a problem

Was based outside the hassle of lisbon but in short distance to bus & metro staff we fantastic and food / breakfast was lovely & plentiful. Nice coffee.

Didn’t spend much time in the hotel, as we were out exploring. Nearest train station is about a 10 minute walk away-but the line takes you straight into the city centre. We had a suite and it was a lovely size, bed was very comfortable and despite the hotel sitting between a police station, hospital and a busy road we both had great sleeps. If you get a chance, definitely stop by the spa. Guests get 15% off and it is well worth it.

Great location. Breakfast is okay. Our room is sufficient.

Im sure the spa is great but we were told that we book a treatment which is completely false- as we barely stayed in the hotel during the day. The whole duration of the stay- we are out during the day. I hope these mistakes dont happen again.

Hotel is really cosy , short walking distance to metro station , big grocery store (alberto) , some restaurants and bars , and park Eduardo XII , stuff helpful i welcoming
