No breakfast was provided. The room was extremely small, so that makes it a bit overpriced in my opinion. The location was okay.

Everything was perfect. This is rated like 3 stars Hotel but service is 5 stars. Room was comfortable and clean. I slept like baby here. Breakfast was really tasty. Location is perfect. In 20 min you are in city centre. Staff very nice. Recommending this Hotel even for long stay.

Although nice, breakfast was very repetitive. Visitors should be aware that the surrounding area isn't exactly prime Lisbon.

The hotel has a good design and facilities are great. The location is good. Near to the metro station and moving to city center and all the cool spots is super easy. Not the best good looking neighborhood, but great value for money. Recomended for a 3/4 night trip to Lisbon.

We were on a 4th floor and we could hear the 5th floor foot footsteps all night. Wall are kind of thin, so you can hear the next room.

Very convenient Lisbon city hotel. The metro is only a two min foot walk and you can reach all major destinations easily.The staff is very attentive and friendly.The room service is on point.The breakfast is also very tasty.

Reception can get quite crowded in the morning and afternoon because of arriving guests and lack of space.

The check-in took about 20 minutes which is in no way productive. The room is extremely small, it can work for very short stays but not for longer ones. The windows do not block any outside noise, they make no difference whatsoever. The light in the bathroom is blinding and the tap at the sink is very badly placed, you cannot even wash your hands properly. The area itself is not the greatest, in the morning we had a view of the homeless people sleeping outside on a mattress.

Great location, close to public transport, you can easily take the subway to the airport, just a 2min walk

This hotel was exactly what I wanted in Lisbon. Reasonably priced, good location (close to a Metro), exceptional room cleaning service, and friendly and helpful staff. I had a room on the 5th Floor, which was relatively quiet and comfortable.

The air conditioner blew directly on me. That said, it was an excellent unit that cooled the room in minutes after I inserted the room key. One other very minor complaint — I thought the cleaning service in the room was exceptional but one of the women put my Apple headphones in the bedside drawer and I did not know that. So as I was checking out this morning, I could not find them, searched my bags, and finally looked in that drawer. It all ended well, but I could have easily left them because I had not used that drawer and almost did not think to look in it.

Excellent location btw both exits of Anjos Metro stn. Very clean, comfortable beds, pillows & daily change of towels.

Very pleasant hotel with welcoming atmosphere that contributed to enjoy our stay at Lisabon. The staff was more than attending, they take care of a lot of details, even provided a comlimentary cake for a friend's birthday (I would especially like to mention a young lady whose name I think is Carisma who was especially kind). The breakfast was tasty, the fruit fresh and one day we got a special portion of Pasteis de nata that waited for us after a long day out. The rooms were cleaned every day and you can see that inside is well.maintained. All in all, a very good service.

The breakfast was good. The facility was clean. The staff were very nice.

The building seems to be on top of the metro. Because of this, there was a lot of train sounds. Also, the room above us had very loud people in it. We could not sleep because they were so loud.

Location was great! Close to the city center and lots of amazing brunch and food options were just a walkable distance away. Our favorite was MILA!The room was just enough for 2 people... I wouldn't recommend anymore. The bathroom was also clean and beds were comfortable. We didn't hear any noise at night...so safe to say, it was pretty quiet.

Room size might be an issue for some. Also, in the bathroom, there's an extra door that opens to the outside and it has a raised bar railing for safety (noticeable in the main picture of the hotel, above the hotel name)....however, some might consider it a hazard for young kids or if you're afraid of heights. On the other hand, you could always keep it locked.

Stayed in three different hotels during my week in Portugal, this one was by far the cutest! Very clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. While I didn’t have breakfast included with my room, it looked to be one of the best breakfasts offered compared to the other hotels.

The only downfall about this property is the location as there isn’t much around.
