Great hotel!! Great location, great staff, clean spacious rooms. Definitely the place to stay in Lisbon!

Location in city center, walkable to manny of the prime tourism destinations

1st floor room was very noisy at night as it faced a busy shopping street.

Never told before hand that had to pay for parking. Bad location Not able to access road with car Had to carry luggage ourselves and no one helped. No one even offered to help Horrible!

Everything was great

The location was excellent. It was right in the square as soon as you walk out of the lobby door. Close to restaurants, shopping and the theatre if you want to see Hercules. The staff was excellent. There were chocolates in the room and candy dishes in the lobby. Breakfast was also available gig a small price, I did not eat—early flight, but it smelled amazing!! It was also just 2 minutes from taxi, bus and tram. The metro was also very close. I would recommend 100%!

It was a little pricy but worth it. I booked last minute so I may have gotten a better deal had I booked earlier. There was another hotel that was about $30 cheaper and included breakfast which was in the same location.

Excellent value for money. Centrally located and within walking distance to key attractions, with the metro station just a few meters away, offering easy access to the entire city.

The receptionist was quite rude and unpleasant at check-in, which was surprising given that the staff have always been friendly and welcoming during my previous stays.

The staff were friendly. Close to train station. Is in Rossio Square.

While it is in or near Rossio Square, it’s in an area where it didn’t feel safe. In order to get a taxi or get dropped off you’d have to walk some hundred feet. Stayed only one night. The room seemed clean. The bathroom slightly smelled like poop upon arrival (went away after using the shower). Shower floor was soft (not installed properly?) and slippery. We were on the 4th floor. Could hear when next room was showering. Loud foot steps from floor above. Toiletries were provided but did not use as they seemed low quality. We also got a crib in our room after communicating to them via Booking.com we wouldn’t need one.

It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Got a great rec for dinner.

While it was good location - very close to Rossio train station and many shops etc., the area immediately surrounding the property was a little ‘rough’. We never felt scared, it just wasn’t the best. However, when you walked just a short distance - a block or so - you were in a very vibrant, beautiful part of the city.

Location was great to get to different attractions and places of interest. Conveniently located. Our room was spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were great and helpful. We walked everywhere from there! Nice restaurants and stores around. As always just be careful walking around at night (stay on the main road) it gets a little rough a few blocks away.

Staff, effort for keeping things spotless.

Noise of ventilation in the toilet, but that was sorted and also I did not like the area as it is overlooking some small touristy stores run by non natives, however, 2 minutes away everything is exceptional.

We had a street facing room and it was a little loud. But the rooms were well sound proofed from the other rooms.

A couple dozen vagrants living and occupying space just outside the entrance. Noisy all night.

Great location, walking distance to everything.Room was quiet. Spacious room and bathroom.

It would have been nice if they provided tissues.We ended up with a 3rd bad, which was not requested, which took away from the room.

Very central and the room was beautiful

It was a 5 min walk from where the Uber dropped us off so it’s a bit tricky with luggage.

The boutique hotel is beautiful decorated, centrally located, clean, friendly and comfortable beds.

Everything was perfect.
