The room is very small. It is fine with me since I want the best location. It is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful! The location is the best!

Location.

The room is dingy and tiny. I read other peoples' reviews but didn't expect it to be so small. The bathroom is so tight, no elbow room to properly wash your face or brush your teeth without hitting the wall. Very impractical. I could go on and on.

Excellent location!!! The staff was wonderful, held our bags as we arrived earlier than check-in, and had the room in wonderful shape at check-in.

LOVED this hotel!! Staff extremely helpful, room cozy and the location can't be beat! They have an on site restaurant, which I did not use since I wanted to explore the city. Close to shopping,restaurants points of interest.Safe

Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean comfortable room and bed, great shower. Centrally located. Good breakfast choices. Transfer to and from the airport arranged by the hotel was brilliant. I couldn't fault anything and would definitely go back.

Second stay here, loved it yet again. The area, the people, the hospitality, everything. Maria, Paulo and the gang (sorry if I forgot your names!) give a very warm service, great recommendations & are extremely helpful.If ever I come to Lisbon (never say never as I unfortunately didn’t get to see Belem!) again, My Story Hotel Augusta have got me as a customer!

Just the same as my last visit, only thing lacking was more authentic Portuguese pastries at breakfast. The pastel de nata is lovely, but all I’d change is just adding a few more as well. Had to go to local pastry shops to try the others.

First of all, I want to say that I loved to spend three nights. Location, Staff, clean, conform.

Bench Seats in the restaurant were worn through. And no place to sit in the lobby other than the restaurant

Staff excellent. Receptionist Ines was excellent. Thanks for the gift for my son’s bday. Breakfast was good, location very central and easy access to everything.

No complaints

It was very clean. I felt sick and they offered me the option for late check-out for free.

It was a little unconfortable that you only get a little stool with no backrest besides the bed.

Excellent location, we had a fourth floor corner room, with multiple windows, which was more spacious and quieter than other rooms

Very difficult for anyone of 5’8” or less to hang their clothes up!

Very friendly staff and great location in the middle of everything.

The disgusting smell emitted by wall dispensers (of perfume!) in corridors. Absence of drawers to store garments and bad usage of the very limited space

the hotel had a really nice ambience and the location was perfect; staff very helpful and friendly; my room was nice although very small, with 2 balcony windows and a very comfortable bed; breakfast was good; restaurant for dinner was excellent. I would stay there again.

the rooms were very small but this did create a cosy atmosphere. nothing to really dislike.
