The staff gave us excellent service , specially beatriz. She is the best , she can make something impossible become happening

Not many option of the suite room . We dint like ceiling concept at suite room.

As a traveller of many years I have not experienced a staff that was as hospitable, helpful and engaging as the staff from Sublime Lisboa!They went out of their way to make our stay memorable.The breakfast was at the next level. Variety and extensive offerings abounded.

The facilities were inviting visually. Our room had a great deal of character and amenities The most endearing part of the stay was the staff. Excellent from front desk to kitchen to room service.

The food at the Sublime was the best we had ever tasted! The chef was an amazing person who transformed each plate into a masterpiece! The best poached eggs for breakfast on the most delicate of homemade breads! Our main meal was a delight, and we even went back for an extra lunch after we had checked out. The staff are so attentive, you are not kept waiting, and the food quality is outstanding. The concierge was professional and friendly and did everything to help our stay be a good one. We shall most definitely return.

Unusual interior design. Sophisticated and luxurious. Breakfast was very well organised.

Overpriced. Not comfy for small children. Location is in quiet area, but far from touristic places.

Boutique hotel. Very stylish. Dog friendly. Easy to drive to. Valet parking.

Such friendly staff. Constant cleaning service and turn down service. The daily little treats really added an extra touch. Rooms were spacious. Loved the access to the gym which was huge and a great perk. Breakfast was also great.

A couple times the maid service left the windows open and it was quite hot out so came back to a hot room. Outside of that everything was great.

To start, the history of the building is incredible. Location is perfect. Our room was incredible, the hotel was 10/10, and the staff were five star. We ate at the restaurant attached and it again was 10/10. When we come back to Lisbon, we will be staying at Sublime Lisboa again.

The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The bedroom had all the facilities we needed together with some delicious treats. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Sublime is well located for driving into Lisbon. Valet parking is a huge advantage. The hotel is very stylish.

We were not able to eat in the hotel restaurant as it was fully booked. The receptionist couldn’t get us a table at the restaurant and said she would have to check whether we would be able to get a drink at the hotel bar as ‘it gets very busy’. She did provide us with some recommendations for restaurants in the local area, which was fine. Later the evening we took our chances and visited the hotel bar and managed to find a seat. The barman gave us our drinks free of charge which was a nice gesture. I do feel though, that with only 15 rooms in the hotel, that guests should at least be able to grab a drink in the bar without having to make a reservation. Perhaps the lounge area could be adapted to allow hotel guests to order a drink there?The hotel is rated 5* but the facilities available are not really reflective of that. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again but we would adjust our expectations accordingly and definitely make reservations in advance.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The room was big, the bed was very nice and the bathroom was amazing with both a bathtub and a shower. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly.

Location

For some reason they charged me 25 euros for the mini bar despite me not using it. I didn’t even consume the complimentary alcohol they gave me and I left it there for them during check-out. And they somehow managed to charge me for something I didn’t even touch, seriously curious to know how they came to this conclusion. Overall, there are much better 5 star hotels that you can go to for much cheaper price and better experience / location. Room was ok, the sink was clogged since check-in and any walking inside the room causes a lot of noise. Side note, there is an old guy who works there and I found him to be very rude to one of the female staff. There are much better options in Lisbon I wouldn’t do this again. I’ve never tried boutique hotels before and I was trying to have a nice experience in spite of the circumstances.Do yourself a favor and go for the mainstream 5 star hotels.

Fantastic staff and wonderful room layout. Couldn't ask for a better hospitality experience.

Location is away from most restaurants, coffee shops, and other walking destinations. We like to walk so we could get to the good stuff, but the connected restaurant is kinda fancy and there's not much in the way of grab n go food or drinks around.

Very cute boutique concept. Lots of little small touches such as eye masks etc which made it quite special. Location very good, quieter area but exclusive, and not the crowds of downtown Lisbon.

We were next to the maids room which made a lot of noise relatively early on Saturday (0800-0830). We called down but the noise continued.Towels were taken but not replaced one day (just an inconvenience when you realise there are no towels and you have already showered).Ironing board took a long time to arrive when requested (even though our room was next to the maids room as above).

Location is good, nice area, not too touristic. Nice old building, super cool interior design! That includes the rooms, especially on the 2nd floor. (Rooms are spacious and comfortable as well with a lot of useful amenities) The restaurant seems to attract locals as well. Had couple nice conversations with guests sitting next to me. Staff is friendly and helpful. What else would one want of a hotel?)

The hotel is a bit pricey for Lisbon. Probably worth it, though.
