Only good thing I can say about this place is don¿t stay here.

Maid will literally clean your belongings out. Keep everything in the safe or take with you. The maid stealing our money and manager won¿t bother to stop by. They told me to call the police.

Location, room and staff

The location of the property was fantastic, within walking distance of the center and in a safe area. Breakfast was adequate and delicious. Cleaning was done daily, towels were replaced. Drinking water was complimentary. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative point I would mention is that the rooms were a little small. Highly recommended.

The pillows were too soft to our liking and they did not have firmer pillows

Excellent service And very centrally located within Baixa to restaurants and other locations. Room was a bit small. The staff during breakfast recognised us after the first day when we shared our room numbers. The front desk staff were also excellent.

The only qualm I have is having a big mirror with inbuilt TV facing the bed. To certain races, this is bad Feng Shui/Geomancy.

Location, buffet breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Able ot store luggage at hotel on arrival and departure days.

Room was very hot and air conditioning not working properly on first night but quickly sorted

When we first checked in, the lady at reception was very welcoming and guided us to our room. She also provided us with lots of useful info about places to visit, transportation, restaurants, etc.

The location was excellent! Central and close to everything (shops, transport, train/metro/tram, hop on/off, restaurants, night life)! We could walk everywhere!The room was excellent, the bed super comfy, and the arrangement with the bathroom in the same space with the room, although strange in the beginning, worked really well.The breakfast was good with local sweets also available.

Nowhere to hang your towels. If I visit again, I will bring with me a couple of vacuum hooks.The breakfast buffet replenishing was extra slow. Few items of each were available and when finished, it took a long time for replenishing them.

Fancy and modern decor, central location, friendly staff, good sound isolation

The housekeepers’s English level is well under basic, causing misunderstandings and inconveniences.

Staff was wonderful and kind. Decor was lovely. Location was perfect.

I booked room with a better view. Also asked about it when I arrived but was placed in a room looking at walls. Shower water leaked on to the bathroom floor. It's probably time to renew the door seal. Loud construction noises started early in the day which sucks for those who need to sleep in due to working late night. They should inform guests prior to booking.

Poor breakfast, but that was not an issue because lots of coffee shops with pastries/breakfast options in a walking distance from the hotel. Good thing though to be fair, the hotel hasn’t charged my breakfast. Thank you.

Central but quiet hotel, really soundproof door and window. Full automatic switches and curtains. TV is inside the mirror. A coffee machine and good coffee capsules in the room bar.

Don’t like others know this gem.

Great central location, unique facilities and friendly staff

Location is steps throw away from Metro - Rossio. Very nicely located super close to Alfama and also the Baixa areas where more things are happening. The room also and the hotel has a luxurious feeling with the overall decor.

If the shower area has a hook to hang the hotel.

Location was great- right near metro and Rossio station for Sintra as well as some key areas for shopping and visiting the sights of Lisbon. Staff were very helpful.

Excellent location, amazing and very friendly stuff . Everything was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and I highly recommend it.

Great location, beautiful decor in the hotel, room was classy and well equipped. Staff on reception were friendly and really helpful explaining directions to us. All in all a great stay

The bathroom and toilet being more partitioned in glass cubicle in the room, although you couldn't see in, it lacked the usual privacy of being able to shut the door.
