Great staff, very helpful. Nice clean contemporary rooms.

The computerized thermostat doesn¿t allow you to adjust the temperature to your comfortability. It is pre-programmed for the season I¿ll need to go within a certain range. I was quite warm while I was there.

Location is perfect - downtown Lisbon

Very close to metro as we landed early in the day. Arrived to hotel at 9am and left out bags to go explore. Then we recieved a message from Marta at front desk to say our room was ready early. Very close to big square so lots of restaurants around. Very central for the old town and front desk explained where best nightlife, local restaurants and tourist spots were which was great to maximise our short stay

Great location. Helpful staff. Rooms have all the amenities needed (and you can ask for other things like a kettle or an iron - they send an email ahead of the stay)

Very small room - I nearly did not have room to open the suitcase,. No breakfast included, unless you pay extra.

Good location! Well-appointed room with a nice view of the city. We loved having the little coffee maker in pir room!

The smell in the bathroom was bad - like sewer backup. We had to keep the door closed.

Room is too small and cramped. After we put our bags down, there is hardly any space left to walk. AC in each room is controlled from the reception. We had to request them to turn it on.

Rooms are outdated. Carpets are very old…I reserved suite for our son’s family and it has no pull out bed but instead the hotel provided a very small bed on the floor next to their bed. Not worth paying for a suite…did not expect that at all. Soo disappointed..

It was ok.

The room is pretty small , the safe and table didn’t work. The shower didn’t work properly. But the staff were kind enough to send up some cake for my husband’s birthday.

location was great. staff was helpful and friendly, provided very good recommendation for authentic local restaurant. coffee shop was close by. close to cruise port. breakfast, snacks, and drinks were good.

room was a little old and showing signs of wear. updating would be nice. only one elevator.

The location in heart of old town

Toilets throughout the building were not working due to low water pressure which May have had something to do with the rains during our stay.Not a major issue.

The room was pretty nice and very close to everything, the city centre, the port etc

I have asked not to have my room cleaned and yet someone came in. I hope that won't happen again and that I'll get my money back for the broken charger

I am surprised this property’s scores aren’t higher. I found the facilities/room to be modern and comfortable (and clean!), and the service at the front desk was excellent. The location is wonderful (I’ve stayed in four different areas in Lisbon, and this location is my favorite so far for proximity to everything.)

I liked the location

The room was small, uncomfortable bed, smelled a bit weird. The WiFi wasn’t super fast.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Restaurant was really good and great hours. Balcony was a nice perk.

Breakfast was not that good. Scrambled eggs were really bad, with milk inside to not get dry, almost like a soup.Every room was super clean but smelly.

Clean, quiet and good location

Very small rooms and breakfast was no better than a Best Western.

Location was great, plenty restaurants and shops. The staff was very professional and at the same time very friendly and corteous. They spoke several languages what made easier our communicacion. Everything just great.

Nothing, great experience. They even had some sweets and cookies as a present the last day of our stay.
