The bed is too soft and has a gap in the middle which for couples are not comfortable

The breakfast was nice, good variety and the staff who was in the breakfast area was nice and brought out fresh food for us.

I didn't realise i had booked the disabled room and was not informed until I got to the hotel so my sister was on the 3rd floor and we were on the ground. There was no hair dryer, tea/cofee or fridge in the room so I am glad it was just an overnight stay. The room was small and water leaked quite a bit from the shower door.My sister said her room was larger.

Used hotel for early morning flight, no car. Recommend using inexpensive (12 euro) taxis rather than other means of transportation to hotel. 4th floor small modern room, less noise from street and airplanes then expected. Friendly and helpful welcome from Mr. Guerra in reception.

The room was very nice, comfortable, and super clean. I liked the little balcony, the bed and linens were great, and the included breakfast was very good, too.

The young guy at the front desk was helpful when I arrived, but when I had a request, I had to ask several times. He said he would do it but never seemed to get around to it.

Absolutely excellent staff. Breakfast buffet was the best I've had in many years of travel.Many accommodations made for less mobile visitors (main floor room with shower chair, electric chair lift for stairs to breakfast, elevator).Room was large, comfortable, very clean.Large glass water bottles, with unlimited fill ups, provided with 10 euro deposit. No problem getting deposit back.Highly recommended all round

Location had little to offerAbout 5 steps to landing for breakfast room, not sure if a wheelchair could manage. A kettle would be nice.

The room and the hotel look modern, the staff was ok and the breakfast was very good.

The filters in the air conditioner were full of dust (very easy to clean). There was a very bad small coming from the bathroom and the carpet on the floor looked very dirty (better throw it away).

The breakfast was nice and the hotel is close to a metro station which was good but not much to do in the area.

The bed was very small and uncomfortable. And the hotel is in the flight landing path so it is very noisy with all the aircrafts flying over low.

We stayed one night before going to the airport and found the location to be ideal for that. We took a 10 minute taxi ride to restaurants and shops. The room was quiet despite being right next to the highway and close to the airport. Found it to be clean and equipped with necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.

The hotel had a very comfortable bed, and the shower had excellent hot water with a powerful water flow. They provided unlimited shower gel and shampoo, so there’s no need to bring your own if you’re staying here. I also enjoyed the breakfast selection — a great balance of healthy options and sweet treats. Overall, a very pleasant stay with few things to improve that I will highlight on what I didn't like section

While the bed was very comfortable and the shower had excellent hot water with strong water pressure, there was a significant issue with a sewage smell in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use throughout the day and night. This issue extended to the hotel entrance at certain times, which was quite unpleasant. Adding infusions or air fresheners throughout the hotel could help address this problem. On the positive side, the hotel provided unlimited shower gel and shampoo, and the breakfast selection was impressive, offering a good mix of healthy options and sweet treats.

I love the simple moder comfortable style and comfort of the rooms. An atmosphere surrounded by meaningful quotes by inspiring people and books around. Kind and helpful staff and excellent cleanliness.

Poor location. Small room. No luggage, clothes or toiletries space. Poor location and value.
