Hotel Lx Rossio

Great location & reasonably priced.

Dated decor & spotty wifi

The location right off of the main square and their staff were amazing

No it was perfect

Location

Location was very good.

Coffee at front desk wasn't working and staff could have been friendlier.

Excellent stay in Lisbon. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it very easy to explore the main attractions on foot or by Bolt/Uber.The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The common areas were also spotless and organized. The staff was extremely polite and helpful at all times, always welcoming with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Lisbon.

Perfect location, fantastic value for money and couldn't be any closer to the main strip for bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Staff allowed us to store luggage both before and after check in so that we could explore the city and make the most of our time, this was very much appreciated due to both early and late flight times.

Location Staff Cleanliness

No ice No cold bottled waterSelection was very slim at breakfast And room was very small

The location is excellent, close to everything

There was construction work underway at the hotel, the bathroom was not good, and drinking water was only available by purchase

Good central location. Friendly staff. Breakfast good.

Room on third floor was too close to the laundry room

Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and had good power

Building work getting done in the room next to my room . Noise, dust was awful , staff didn’t even acknowledge it or even cared.

Very central to all restaurants, shops & site seeing

Very small rooms, mine was next to housekeeping that was noisy early morning.

Clean, friendly staff, great location

Noise of water - other rooms showers/ toilets could be heard fairly loudly

We loved the location. Very central to everything in old town.

I felt the room quite small. We had a hard time just to store our suitcases. But the room was comfortable though.

I like the location because it close to the center, shopping center and food are every corner

The location was excellent.

However the room was dated, strands of hair were on the bed and there was a smell. I don't recommend staying here.

The location is perfect and why we chose it. Staff are very friendly and eager to help.

The room is noisy, with ventilation outside the windows. The heat did not work and Everything is very old, dingy and rather depressing. It was inexpensive and for one night I thought worth biting the bullet but in the end it was not worth it.

Amazing central location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room, good price.

Noise from the street below could get loud at night.

good breakfast, excelent location, room is ok (warm, good bed)

(Teodor receptionist) - During the conversation, the receptionist (Teodoro from Bulgaria) made inappropriate comments about Brazilians, immigration, and AIMA. However, I would like to highlight that all other staff members are excellent.

Location, Clean, good breakfast very friendly staff!

Centrally located, lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Hotel needs a good refurb. They are currently doing work on some of the floors but the rest of the hotel was very tired. Whilst everywhere was clean and the towels and bed linen were changed every day, the room smelt a bit musty and the furniture, fixtures and fittings were marked.
