Stylish, clean, comfortable, nice amenities, great location, friendly and helpful staff

Central location, amenities, cleanliness, staff. Our room seems to be recently renovated. The room was facing a busy street, but the sound proofing was great.

Location

Room didn’t have much storage or drawer space. Lobby coffee machine was not available in the mornings when it is needed most as it was returned to the adjacent restaurant.

Location was fantastic, very close to a lot of attractions, including the Rossio Square Christmas market. Lots of grocery stores, souvenier shops and good restaurants in the area. 30 min walking distance to a lot of landmarks. Very close to bus and metro stations. Breakfast was especially good, very delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

The included breakfast was fabulous with lots of fresh choices and lovely table setting. Our room was beautiful and we appreciated the welcome glass of wine and cake in our room. Great reception and help with a map.

The restaurant that served lunch and dinner at the hotel (and out on the pedestrian walk) was terrible. The staff harassed people walking by to sit down and the lunch we had was very poor and over salted.

Location was great. The staff was very helpful and the room was super clean. We had a blast.

As advertised the room was small. The hotel seemed pretty new and in good shape. Breakfast was very good. Good location.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was clean. The staff was amazing. The location was so central and wonderful to so many things. I know there’s a lotta hotels in Lisbon, but I don’t think I could’ve picked a better one. It was just perfect in every way.

Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Lisbon! Breakfast was delicious and breakfast staff was delightful!

One (and only one) receptionist not very receptive to friendly greetings, all others were very considerate and courteous

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant - very easy and convenient to get around for sightseeing, it was right in the middle of a bustling area. The room was on the small side but very clean and arrival was met with some lovely local cake. We welcomed the air conditioning as a mini heat wave arrived with us.

We enjoyed very much our stay. The hotel location is perfect, near to bus and train stations and it is near many attractions in the city. We recommend on the hotel very much.

Must mention that there wasn't much variety in the breakfast. Should improve in that aspect.

New and modern hotel in a great location. Enjoyed the welcome drink upon check-in and the friendly front desk staff! Delicious breakfast, would definitely stay here again!

It's not the hotel's fault, but the street is pretty dead at night.

It was very clean and modern.

Every day when I was returning to my room it was a horrible smell of canalization. I reported but nothing was done. My friends experienced same problem. Plus my room’s shower tub was extremely small, and I am a small woman… Breakfast is ok not more.

Great central location. Small but comfortable and well organized room. Spacious bath. Wonderful breakfast.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. They left a surprise treat in our room for us. Very accommodating—we had to leave before breakfast and they packed breakfast boxes for us. Unusual decor but wonderful!

Great hotel in very good downtown location. Recently remodeled the rooms are quite nice and sound proof to the outside street noise. The breakfast buffet was above expectations and the eggs to order were a nice treat. Staff was incredibly helpful on all questions about the city and really good about restaurant recommendations. Would certainly stay again!

As with any European hotel, the rooms were on the small side and no drawers to unpack clothing. Closet was fairly small, but the room overall great being recently remodeled.

Great location, cozy design, comfortable for couples and small families. Stuff very professional with good manners.
