Beautifully renovated boutique hotel in an old industrial building, excellent location and attentive staff. Breakfast to die for. Highly recommend this hidden gem.
Everything was perfect.
The stuff and location were excellent. The place was clean and modern.
At night was very very noisy and unable to sleep
If you enjoy modern spaces, this is the hotel for you. The rooms are very well appointed for a longer stay. Super clean, functional luxury.
The lobby and bar are fun but not as practical or comfortable as it could be.
The vibe and friendliness of the staff.
Our room was the nightlife bars and it was loud. But the hotel was centrally located
The entire place was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff were all so helpful ! Andre and João were the best. They answered all of our questions and were so kind and accommodating our entire stay. They made our experience. The room was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was great as well! Perfect location!
The room was slightly hot but I think air conditioning in general in Europe hasn’t been the strongest compared to back in Canada. Otherwise nothing!
Eclectic and interesting hotel. Has some big rooms with kitchens for families, which is excellent and not that common in Lisbon. Breakfast was good, but there aren’t a lot of meat options as it is a healthy most our based hotel. Really good location and friendly staff.
Great size rooms, staff very helpful and breakfast was delicious. Welcome drink was a lovely touch and the barman gave us some great recommendations of restaurants & bars - thank you!
-Super nice location, right in the centre but in a quiet side street. -Personnel was amazing, open, friendly, social. They really personalised our stay, we had great conversations. They were super accommodating. - Breakfast was perfect. Healthy, homemade, delicious. Something different every day and different than you’re standard continental breakfast. - Loft was clean, huge, beautiful interior and very comfortable.
Nothing. It was perfect!
Every single staff we met were super friendly and kind. Gave us helpful recommendations for day trips.Room was spacious.Location was very convenient.
Breakfast was generally good, but coffee could be better.
Location, service, hospitality, extremely helpful and friendly staff, comfortable, modern, spotlessly kept and Maintained, tasty food offerings and beautiful breakfast.
This is one of the best boutique hotels we ever stayed . As if you are staying in an art gallery . We were inside one of the seven hills and surrounded by bars, restaurants, activities and close to everything . Staffs were very helpful and extreme nice . Kudos to Juan and his groups for everything they do for hotel guests . Breakfast is good. Room had two bathrooms that was a good thing when traveling with your daughter .
We liked everything .
What a cool boutique hotel in the buzzy area of Lisbon. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The owner's wife is an architect and converted an old print factory into a loft hotel. The rooms are spacious and stylish. The location is superb (but Ubers not allowed on the narrow street). The staff take pride in serving a gorgeous breakfast in the morning down in the common area.
It was all superb. The shower temperature might have been a little tricky to get at just the right temperature. If you don't like a neighbourhood with bars and restaurants and the associated noise, look elsewhere. The window/balcony doors were double glazed, set back, and the noise was mostly kept outside, but not completely silent.
The staff very friendly and helpfulThe spotThe charming sound of the city in the evening / nightBreakfast The room good bed and space

All good!
Staff were so kind and helpful with everything. They really go out of their way. Location is great in a very lively neighborhood, but if you prefer quiet places it might be uncomfortable for you.
The room we chose was a loft with 2 bathroom (only one shower) and we liked having that. Also the breakfast was good and plenty of options! The small bar and comfortable seating in the lounge area was nice for a pre dinner drink. The female and male staff ( he served wine at the bar) (she had glasses but cannot recall her name) were fantastic and made our stay even better than it could have been). She gave wonderful recommendations and was a joy upon check in.
The room was so dark and didn't have much in terms of lighting. The wait time when ordering eggs was too long each of our 3 days. It was the only time we felt like staff wasn't eager to helpOr maybe they need another person or have coffee available on the Buffet table. The tall gentleman taking orders, cooking the eggs/omelets and preparing coffee was slow and he wasn't very nice about it. We waited at least 20 minutes for 2 over easy eggs one morning. The rest of the staff was always great and super accommodating to our needs. Also, taxis and Ubers can't go on the street because it is too narrow so be prepared to walk with your bags about 3-5 minutes up a small hill where you get dropped off.
Quirky hotel with exceptional staff. Fantastic breakfast selection. Interesting decor.
Noisy until 4am from the bars outside.
