Duo Hotel Lisbon, Curio Collection by Hilton

A big thank you to Madalena, who was very friendly and helpful. The front desk guy from Brazil suggested aaaaamazing restaurants, and if you want a really good pastel de nata, the hotel bakery is the place to go (dont forget to add cinnamon). OMG delicious. The hotel location is great too, especially if you like running. It’s very easy to get to the waterfront. The room was nice and bed comfortable.

Great location, lovely rooms. The beds are very comfortable! We were out in a room right opposite the elevators and on the front so it was very noisy. We used the parking but the person at check in didn’t give us all the information. We weren’t told anything about breakfast at check in or anything about the hotel.

Incredible property, everything is brand new and the rooms are so beautiful. The location is amazing - so central to everything and just a 5 minute walk to the Time Out Market and Bica funicular. I was with my family so it was also really great having the big courtyard to hang out in each night. The staff is very friendly, especially Diego and David who made sure we were well looked after.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and it's facilities were great and the staff very friendly and helpful.The choice at the breakfast was great. We also really enjoyed sitting in the courtyard, such a great space!

Duo Lisbon by Curio. Great position, great staff, great structure. Since the first step warmly welcomed, everyone and everything made this stay a truly positive and amazing experience. I spend an average of 50 nights per year in hotels, so I shouldn't be surprised by almost anything. In the Duo Lisbon I did since my first step. A big thanks to the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant to the breakfast that made our stay more than perfect for all the stay! Room was spacious with a breathtaking view and perfectly cleaned. The demonstration that people makes the difference! Can't wait for the next stay in this great Curio.

duo hotel do not deserve the name of Hilton

1) my parents room has not been cleaned 3 days in a rang , dispite the commitment taken by the reception clercks to solve the issue.2) total lack of sympathy from the maid at the breakfast. this young woman seems to ignore that welcoming customer is part of her job.

The property is finished nicely and aesthetically pleasing. Good Location. Very nice smelling soap in the room.

-One of the rooms did not have bath robes, cosmetic set.-The other room, situated closer to the restaurant had a horrible smell in the entrance to the building door.-Teabags and long-life milk not topped up in the room.-The horrendous bfast service. Never ending waiting game to be served a complete breakfast meal. We were sitting at the table for an hour, most of that hour was spent waiting. We had to leave the table and a fried egg that we ordered 30mins before that had still not been brought to our table. This was after we had to wait countless times, even for cutlery and plates to be brought to our table. We ended up serving ourselves wherever we could, in hopes of starting our day more efficiently. Very poor service and the restaurant wasn’t even half full.

Great hotel in a great location in Lisbon. Our room was very comfortable and clean. One of the best stays we had in Lisbon. Recommend.

The staff is very helpful and the hotel is brand new with everything working quite well. Very clean and quiet room.

The breakfast buffet is simple and could have more options.

I really enjoyed the courtyard between the two buildings, it was super relaxing and the offering of food and drinks was lovely. All staff were very welcoming. It was in a superb location close to the old town and food market.

- Shortage of reception stafe (one employee most of the time)- reception stafe is very slow they spend long time for check in & check out - No concerg stafe you have to take your luggage in & out to your room- no room service - the air condition was hot in the first tow days & after many request & complains they fix it but one of our room was hot until we left the hotel.- room value is very high compared with hotel services
