Great location near Soldhana metro. Restaurants and bakeries (yummy pastel de nata) nearby.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were extremely clean and Breakfast was very good. Great value for money for a 2 star hotel, it should be a 3 star in my opinion.

No safety policy implemented when hotel was subjected to a power outage. Complete darkness. No emergency lighting anywhere. Stairwells, corridors rooms all in total darkness. Manager did not appear and we had to push for a relocation which eventually was organised but we had to make our way there at our own expense. While we appreciate the power cut was not the hotels fault, there was no communication from management face-to-face, the hotel was not safe and had no emergency lighting whatsoever. We felt the hotel had no interest in our grievance and we had to push for relocation. Management should have been there

Great location next to the metro station. Rooms are pretty comfortable and nice. Could be a really nice place to stay.

Unfortunately as much as I liked the hotel, I really didn’t like staff. They made me fell very unwelcome so when I got back to Lisbon I preferred book a different hotel in the same location. To give an example they told me that I’ll have a bottle of water in the room, after I haven’t found it in my room, they promised to give it to me when I’m back to hotel… I received an empty bottle.

Close to the subway, shops, restaurants. Easy walking area.

Curtains and grout in the bathroom needs mold treatement. Overall daily cleaning was well done, but deep cleaning is needed

Rooms are too small and are compact between the bed and the wall. Milk or creamer packets were not provided for the tea or coffee. Asked for a disposable cup one evening but said it was over and was told to buy from the shop.

We could't use bathtube. The view wasn't so nice(inner ward).
