A surprising spacious, clear and accessible accommodation near to tourist attraction. The room was large and well equipped, very clean, comfortable bedding, good breakfast and hospitable staff.

The room is spacious. We really love the personal care products from the hotel. And we specifically looked for the brand but was told the line only offered to hotels.The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful

Room was super clean and comfortable for a family. Shower and bathroom was spacious. We especially appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, very large, clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet, good location and great breakfast.

The bath might be a bit slippery, but it's not that critical.

Location and room size

Breakfast is poor and the space is very tiny. This way if you have a big family it is not comfortable to have food at the hotel.

Hotel was in a very good location, very clean, friendly service and beds were super comfy. The breakfast was well worth having. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

First rate hotel with large modern rooms in the center of Lisbon. Wonderful friendly staff.

The property was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was well thought out to include an omelet if one desired. Also included fresh fruit excellent baked goods.

The location is somewhat out of the way, but well worth the sacrifice.

Great and attentive staff, spacious rooms. Kids friendly. We had a problem with the fridge so they upgraded us to a bigger room to fix the problem. Nice breakfast, quiet hotel. Very helpful and kind staff. Comfy beds.

It is not in the center of the center, but with an easy walk or a 7 min Ober drive there. For us it was perfect with the kids.

Altis Prime Hotel, I am happy to report, was as excellent this time as it had been during our former visit in 2019 -- the extra large bed, the spacious suite, the impeccable service, & the overall charming hotel-ness of it!

No pool for the kids

The room was big, great and very well equipped . We stayed with a baby and was perfect. Super comfortable and nice. Will go back.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the service exceeded all expectations. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was fast, professional, and incredibly welcoming. The customer service was top-notch — quick to respond and always helpful. The location is unbeatable, close to all major tourist attractions and surrounded by everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to any traveler visiting Lisbon. This hotel is truly exceptional!

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to Avenida de Liberdade, huge suite/apartment, excellent breakfast

Would prefer a shower over the bathtub. On our first day there was some bad odor in the hallways

The apartment room is great for families. Clean and beds were comfortable.We told them we have a very early flight the next day and if we can have early breakfast. They provided us a breakfast box the next day. That was nice.

1. When showering the water accumulates and overflows on the side of the tub. 2. The hallway is liked boxed areas and dark.3. Water is very important especially when we travel. We got to the hotel and they only had one water bottle for 3 people. Good thing we had extra water from the airport. The next day we asked if we can have 3 water bottles and the front male staff said it’s not always that they provide bottled water. Sometimes they will and sometimes not. It’s company policy. They said their water is drinkable.Hope they can change this policy. Some like us are not comfortable drinking from the sink.
