The showers leaked out onto the floor, no private bathroom.

The hotel is modern and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Location is central to walk to most places of interest.

Hotel management did their very best to remedy this problem which I greatly appreciated! The hotel rooms have no luggage stands? So your luggage has to lay on the floor which is very inconvenient. Also no safe in the room, I like to lock my passports when I travel. But worsted of all the hotel is right across the street from a night club that is open till 4AM. People are coming out to smoke and talk LOUD from 10:00 till it closes and they congregate right under the rooms that are in the front of the hotel.

The staff here is amazing, especially Jade, who went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, we were treated wonderfully. The location is excellent, offering great value for money right on Avenida da Liberdade.

I liked everything but some people will struggle with the glass walls for the bathroom.

Perfect location, super friendly staff and very clean.

There are no walls between the bathe room ant the room, just a colored glass door, so there isn’t much privacy if you’re sharing a room.

Staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. Room was nice and good size.

It was easy to hear the neighbors and breakfast was 10€ but better outside because it is very low selection

Didn't provide bottle of water daily - only once, and they forgot to do it. Next evening, when I asked about water again - was told to pay 1,5€Making guests going down and up to get 1,5€ is not good. Staff told - they just follow instructions...Ventillation could be enchanced

The staff is what truly makes this hotel stand out. Excellent service, with kind and attentive people always ready to help and surprise you. The room was clean and cozy, with a soft and comfortable bed. On my birthday, the hotel surprised us with a bottle of wine, cakes, and a complimentary full breakfast — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special. Unlike big hotels, here you feel that people care about your stay.

The only thing I would mention is the bathroom: it was good overall, but because of the glass wall, turning on the light at night could wake up the other person in the room.

Location and room were great! I was feeling sick, and the staff was incredibly helpful to make anything they could to make me feel better.

Overall was very good experience, although the first night was extremely noisy from the street side for 2.5 hours..After sharing this with the staff, they have moved me to the other side of the floor and it was so quite, slept like a baby ?!!!

Perfect location, only 5 mins walk from the city center. Extremely good housekeeping and staff communication. They cleaned room perfectly and changes towels every day. AC works well, quiet. Our room was designed with a good taste

There isn’t many things in the room, like a refrigerator or a kettle. Cold water supply could be a problem in summer nights
