Lisbon City Hotel by City Hotels

Homeless population surrounds hotel. Rooms are not big enough for 2 people to be walking around at the same time. Beds are hard and incredibly small.

Great location and friendly staff here! The room was clean and had a lovely balcony I enjoyed to sit on in the evenings.

Friendly Staff at Lisbon City Hotel , Very good location. The Hotel is located in the City center, walking distance to everything, no need to pay for taxi or Uber for most places. Metro bus and subway are nearby. The rooms have fridge and streets view.

Room space is small.

The people at the reception provided excellent service.

The location is very noisy, had problem to sleep. There were sirens blastin very frequently

The hotel is close to a train station. Walkable to the city centre. Plenty of shops around. The staff were approachable and helpful. The bed is very comfortable.

I can hear people talking outside the door.

Excellent location for both city centre and airport. Metro minutes walk away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was ready well in advance of check in time.

I liked the location and how close it’s to the metro station, i liked the cleanliness and the staff were very nice,

Beds were small, no carpet on the floor. When we came back after our day ends we always find a not good smell when we enter

We had a nice view of the city. We booked 2 rooms, we got one on the 4th floor and one on the 2nd floor.

The 2nd floor the room smelled like complete sewer. It smelled disgusting. The 4th floor room there were no complaints.

Everything was perfect like every time I stay.

I'm nitpicking but the bedside lights are quite bright. Personally, having a dimmer switch or a lampshade on both would have helped offer a dimmer light for optional ambience.I also wasn't a fan of having to write my card details on a piece of paper as a form of security deposit. I don't know why this couldn't have been typed instead and been at least digitally safer. A €50 cash deposit was suggested but I didn't have any cash on me so there was that.However these did not affect my overall stay and I will come back again

Twin-bedded room as asked for. Room a good size and well appointed. Amazing balcony as we had a corner room - be sure to ask for any room ending in "4". Excellent and varied breakfast.

In general, the room was clean, the location is good, because metro station was within walking distance. Noise was not so loud from the street because of good noise isolation.

Personal data leakage - 1 week before I came, some lady texted me to What's up and asked to provide my personal data and pay for room (again). She knew my name, last name, hotel name and dates of arrival. For such big hotel chain it is really disappointing and inexcusable. Staff didn't offer me a breakfast option. But it was not a problem as nearby there are a lot of cafes.
