The room was big and modern, and the staff was really accommodating. They helped us mail postcards and even followed up when one of them was missing an address, which we really appreciated.

It's a beautiful boutique hotel in the nicest area of Lisboa. Everything is outstanding; the staff, the room, the SPA, the common areas, the restaurant. 100% recommended.

Beautiful, big comfortable rooms with nice extras like complimentary welcome drinks. The spa area was a lovely way to relax.

A beautifully designed hotel in a quiet, but central neighbourhood. The rooms were gorgeous (a rotary phone!) and had all the amenities (including free Gin & Tonic in the room!). As a woman with long hair, a good quality hairdryer was also much appreciated.

Stunning property - would highly recommend, super stylish, huge rooms, amazing breakfast and an all round 10/10. I will definitely be bcak. Also, good value for money. Only downside was that I wasn't there for longer to enjoy the spa facilities

Outward facing windows not very private. The hotel is cursed by a large patch of cobbles to the front of the property so the noise of every vehicle that drives over it late at night is amplified tenfold. Not the venues fault!

Excellent staff! Always providing smiles to their guests. Absolutely loved the complimentary water every time they cleaned the rooms. They were very informative, I will stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. All communication via email was quick and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was super comfy. The sauna and pool are wonderful. Note - it is free but you need to book a 30 min slot. The complimentary gin and tonic and other drinks are amazing.

The lighting in the bathroom is a bit dim for applying makeup. The shower style was a bit odd, but I like the hotel style overall and the bespoke designs, so it's fine. I suggest adding a clock to the spa so guests can keep track of the time and don't overstay their slot. The AC is noisy - but it's a gentle white noise so it helped me sleep very well.

The hotel is situated in a leafy upmarket part of the city, near a large park and also close to the city centre. The Avenida metro station is a short walk away which made it easy to get around. The Vintage Hotel offers high levels of comfort combined with great service from well-trained staff.

Hotel is very beautiful and rooms are very modern, tasteful and everything looks like new. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant is cozy and the stuff is very attentive

The spa can only be booked for 30 min what is not really enough time to go for sauna. We had some discussions on that and I hope the will revisit this rule as it was literally the only negative of our stay

We loved almost everything (see what we didn't like). The service was excellent and when a small error had been made on our gym booking they left a note and cheese platter to say sorry. This kind of service is rare.The room comes with complimentary gin and beer on arrival, a very welcoming touch.The facilities are lovely, the rooftop terrace is small but it was great to sit out in the sunshine. They gym is small but functional and the spa area is worth a visit.Breakfast was a highlight, from the sparkling wine to the nata, we had everything you could want to fuel your day.The location was great for us, we walked everywhere but on our last day caught the tram back, more for the novelty.Be prepared for hills if you're a runner!Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special.

The hallway on our leve (5)l had a drain smell which sometimes came into the room. We did mention it on checkout, so this might fixed by the time you stay!

Great location, stylish interiors. Good breakfast and comfortable. Spa was lovely.

Very minor thing, is that our room was a little dark even with lights on.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, with a very wide range of high quality food and drinks, with plenty of staff.A la carte options were free too.

The cost of the Spa was prohibitive, in my opinion, so I did not use it.

Very nicely renovated hotel with high quality furniture and fittings. Nice clean Spa and Gym facilities.. Staff were very relaxed and super helpful..

We returned to the hotel after dinner on Saturday expecting to have cocktails and nightcaps on the advertised Roof Top bar, the bar was open but the staff were unable to any drinks requiring mixing, ie cocktails.. Disappointing !!
