- Its location
- Really nothing
- The staff was friendly enough to meet our request to change the room where we stayed for two nights and where an air condition didn't work. They accommodated us in another room, much better with working air condition where we stayed for one more night.
Cons -
- No curtains and blind not working Bathroom sink blocked Breakfast very poor and unhygienic Reception were told of problems and nothing was done
- Cleanliness must be improved. Breakfast is really lacking
- It's not a 4 star hotel. In the first room where we stayed (214) an air condition didn't work. Very poor lighting, old and torn towels, faulty plumbing. Poor breakfast, no choice for vegetarians. Good that our window faced the yard, it was quiet.
