It is not in downtown but is not very far either.

The hotel is nice with good value for money. It has good services (i.e., restaurant, free potable water fountains, welcome snacks and coffee free to take at the lobby) and the rooms are nice and clean.

The position is good, but after a certain hour of the evening, it is not so easy to reach via public transport. By the way, using Bolt is also quite cheap and comfortable.

The property was reasonably priced within Warsaw, offering a twin bedded room.Liked the free coffee machine access 24hrs and water dispensing machines.

There are four ibis hotels - we ended up going to the wrong hotel at first.The property is a considerable distance from the old town and using taxis was a must especially in the cold temperatures.The decor of the rooms was quirky - but gave me a bit of a headache - bright stripy colours were a bit too much!

The room was really cute! The bed was awesome as well. We were not disturbed by the extra noise though elevator was right next to our door. The staff is nice. The location is awesome and checks all boxes (close to the center and yet directly connected both to the north and the south of the city)

No fridge in the room (which is nonsense for the money) Almost impossible to find a parking slot (paid 160 zl for 2 days and unfortunately had to squeeze in between other vehicles) Shower system is unable to maintain a constant temperature forcing you to take a contrast shower. Bathroom isn’t fitted with a heated tower rail either, leaving it borderline cold and humid.

Liked the hip atmosphere of the hotel. The room was a decent size, modern and clean. I appreciated the free coffee offered in the lobby. Furthermore, the hotel is located in a quiet area of town. Overall, I would gladly stay here again.

I would have liked to see an indoor gym or swimming pool (but who wouldn't have to be fair), but in fairness, for a three star, budget-friendly hotel, it was perfectly fine. The room was a bit cold (even with the heating turned up to the max), though this was probably the fault of the extreme low temperatures.

Breakfast at this hotel is excellent. Lots of choices and everything is tasty and fresh. The room decor is a little busy, but the room is always spotless and well appointed.

There is nothing really to complain about. I wish this place were less expensive, but it's a convenient location and a solid hotel.

Wonderful stay in a perfectly located Ibis Styles. Great comfort, great atmosphere, and an extremely helpful and responsive host. Highly recommended.

Very well located (5 minutes by bus to the city centre - line 185; 40 minutes by bus to the centre - line 188), a hotel with a modern design and very confortable.The breakfast is great with a large variety and the staff is very nice.

There is nothing I could think of

The room was clean

The room was very cold. I contacted someone when I arrived and they told me I had to wait for it to warm up. Basically, if no one is staying, they don't heat the rooms. The other day I had the same problem and they changed our room, it was a little warmer but not a temperature where you can stay without hot showers. I was told that this is the maximum and that the technical department is not working, maybe they can give me some blankets to cover myself with. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he wasn't there and they would contact me, no one contacted me. Basically, I paid the hotel to cover myself with blankets. Very bad behavior from the reception, I had to talk to 3 people to change my room.

Everything was fine. Very nice personalized room. Nice staff. Quiet in the hotel. Soundproof rooms. In the hallway near the elevator-water dispenser.Rich breakfast (peeled fruit-you can make natural juice, fresh prosciutto-you can slice with the machine)In the lobby near the reception coffee, tea, biscuits at your discretion at any time of the day.The location of the hotel close to the bus stops. If you choose to walk, is 40 min. to the Palace of Culture. To get to the old town, the station is 7 minutes walk away, near the Legia stadium.If we were to visit Warsaw again, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

The ac was not working. They sent a guy to fix it but nothing changed.

We enjoy our stay at this hotel from the moment we arrive. We appreciate the free still and sparkling water available on every floor, which is very convenient. We also like the free coffee and cookies offered throughout the day, a thoughtful detail we actually use. We find the rooms clean and comfortable, with everything we need.Overall, we consider this hotel a good choice, offering good value and useful amenities.

The only small inconvenience is the distance to the city center, as it takes a bit of walking to get there.

Breakfast was great, tidy room, comfortable restroom, big shower cabin, nice amenities in lobby.

As a person prone to dust allergies and perfumes/chemicals (although it’s not a harsh allergy), after sleeping a few nights there, I experienced inflammation - woke up sneezing profusely and am still ‘stuffy’ two days after. I don’t know if it’s the chemicals they use to clean rooms or if the carpeted floors and/or mattress were dusty, maybe even the auto AC. But fact is, I had some sort of reaction, and my partner also had a runny nose for most of the day (he is generally less reactive to such environments, and it wasn’t a cold). I wonder if a better cleaning routine, either a “sensitive” product, or a more thorough cleaning routine could be ensured. Because of that, we decided to leave a day early.
