Everything

A lot of people at the breakfast… maybe that room should be a bit bigger. It was difficult to find a place to seat even being just one.

Nice room, clean, great location meeting our needs.

We travel in big size SUV with a box. Hotel has an outside and underground parking but sometimes the guests don’t park in marked areas. This creates a problem for the hotel staff and for the other guests. We had to search for a street parking at 23:30 in winter time even after previously sending a message to the hotel with the request for outside parking. Maybe there is a better way to solve this issue.

Stayed just one night so it was ok. The room was clean, breakfast good. There was enough food to choose from.

Dinner. Meals were brought cold.

Location and price, when you come late to the airport. Standard facilities as in all chain hotels. Breakfast was nice, the staff was great looking at the amount of people that were eating they were very fast and organized.

You cannot prebook a parking place, so either you find a one or not. If the last one left overs, you are lucky. There was no water in the room, and machine on the corridor was not working on our floor - that was different than Hilton at the airport in Warsaw. Luckily gentleman from the reception supported us at no additional cost. Thank you.

nice breakfast, comfortable room e excellent location

horrible staff

The breakfast was amazing. The variety of options, savoury, sweet, fresh scrambled eggs.. all you want. Location is a huge plus as well, especially for those who travel via Chopin Airport. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The bed was comfy, room spacious and quiet. I do appreciate a water fountain located on the corridor, rather than using water in plastic bottles. Great idea!

The bathroom was really clean and the room spacious. The staff was nice and helpful. A tram station was near by (8min walk approximately).

Location, helpful staff, good breakfast.

Zero

Great rooms - small but very new, clean and comfortable. Very nice staff - specially the cleaning ladies. Plus great location.

Breakfast could have been better - more variation of food and bigger space it was very crowded. In bathroomWe missed bigger doors from the shower. And in the corridor the hangers for the jackets.

Very well maintained. Helping staff. Public transport is quite near. We liked everything about the place

The bed is comfortable, the blanket is warm, and the breakfast is very tasty and varied. Everything you need in the room is provided: a kettle, a hairdryer, an iron, etc.

The hotel was very comfortable and cleanBreakfast was excellent Location minutes away from the airport

We had to change one of the rooms because the heat was not working but this did not affect our stay

The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety to select from .I had a late night flight and asked the staff to extend my stay, and they did. I am so grateful for the service . Merry christmass

Pleasant

You can’t manage or switch of heating/ventilation - it’s so old and very noisy - couldn’t sleep without earplugs

Short walk from exhibition halls.Walking distance from city center.Nesspresso coffee machine in the room.Very clean. Good breakfast.

Very clean! Friendly staff! Very good breakfast! 5 minutes to get an airport

Several times in my room there was not hot water and staff didn’t react to my complaints. They removed bottles of water from rooms
