Crowne Plaza Warsaw - The HUB By IHG

Great modern hotel, rooms are clean, breakfast is excellent, the variety of meals is impressive. It has a good location, 7 10 minutes walk to train station, a lot of restaurants are around. I enjoyed the stay.

Wi-Fi performance was a bit random, it was good for most of the time, but there were several sporadical drops of quality. This is probably the only thing to improve.

Extremely clean hotel, exceptional breakfast, 24/7 reception, and very helpful and friendly staff.

A minor downside is the inability to open the windows for fresh air.

Central location, clean and spacious rooms. Best breakfast

Bed comfort, The sweet food for breakfast was good.

We were there for one day – we planned to extend our stay, but unfortunately this place lacks any sense of seriousness. Dirt, irresponsibility, and dishonest staff, the quality of breakfast and service leaves much to be desired. We also used the Studio Lounge (business room), which was simply sad. This is not what is shown in other people's photos, it is an unfortunate example of how the IHG group's standards can be lowered. The photos show everything, so please take a look. I invite the staff to contact me, rather than avoiding me and passing me between themselves.

Nice big rooms, nice and comfortable bathroom and good breakfast.

We have already celebrated New Year’s Eve at this hotel with our family twice. Both the hotel itself and the staff fully met our expectations and fulfilled all our requests.

Superb location! Fantastic, attentive and customer oriented employees - made visible effort to make us feel welcome and well looked after. The hotel is nearly brand new - very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Contemporary and clean, in a convenient are for business.

Firm mattress, poor shower (shower in tub, rubbish glass decider and water everywhere plus small shower head that has no power).

Location, facility, food, gym.

Location, staff attitudes, breakfast, cleanliness

Payment terms were mixed up a little bit but now looks like it’s getting solved

I came to Warsaw to celebrate my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised, being a large hotel, to find in my room a birthday card and a cake from the hotel staff. Thank you!Regarding the hotel, it is located in an area with quick access to public transport, close to the center, the rooms are spacious, modern and very clean and the breakfast is varied and delicious. I also liked the panorama of the restaurant on the 21st floor, the music with DJ and the pleasant atmosphere in the place.I recommend this hotel!

Best city view, the whole hotel was amazing and modern. Probably best breakfast l have ever experienced!

View.

Breakfast can be enriched. Green salads served moderately and poorly

Fantastic rooftop bar and really excellent breakfast. We also used the restauarant for a business dinner and it was very good. Amazing 360 degree view for miles from the roof.

It wasn’t very clear where the entrance was.

Staff, room and of course breakfast were amazing! Good location, clean room , modern design, parking under hotel or outside on the street. Recomend 100%

We loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful and modern and the location is excellent and well connected, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a delicious, freshly prepared, and offering a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel.
