Hotel Bristol, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Warsaw

The hotel is beautiful, a classic mix of old and new luxury. I seamlessly checked in early without incident. The staff was wonderful throughout my stay from providing directions to advice on restaurants and sights. Overally, a memorable experience.

I asked hotel personnel to call for a city taxi specifically to avoid the steep mark-up of private services. While they did this, the cab driver nonetheless charged me a premium rate arguing that it was a "holiday" and higher rates applied (2x normal).

Elegant, upscale, good service.

I was a bit disappointed that the bathroom did not have a tub, just shower. The receptionist told me that they do have some rooms with bathtubs, but hotel needs to be told in advance about the preference.

Perfect in every way. Enjoyed the room, service, food, Wine Bar, Piano bar, Spa, pool,  our waiter in Wine Bar. Every thing and everyone is geared to making one feel special. Best Service ever!

The staff was excellent!

Excellent location in a beautiful historical building. The service was exceptional and we particularly enjoyed the bar and the ambience there. The choice of liqueur selection and the food at the main restaurant and breakfast was good too.

Uber for some reason was not allowed to stop for pick up in front of the hotel, so we had to take a taxi which was just slightly more expensive.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel left the best impressions. Hospitality and staff service are at the highest level. The room was very clean and cozy, creating a true feeling of being at home. The staff are always ready to help and pay great attention to details.Special thanks to the restaurant — the food was delicious, and the service was truly premium.

Close proximity to Old Town and city center. Very clean and exceptional service.

The shower/tub combination. To use the shower seemed a little dangerous, prone to falling.

Watch out for money, you might pay double for things you already paid, hotel is just focusing on money sadly which loses its main purpose. There is no ‘specialness’ here

Receptionist gave us a wrong room key where there was another customer already which is unbelievable!! We were shocked and angry .Fruit service was missing folk and knife. As a lux hotel, these are unacceptable !!

Great location in the very heart of Warsaw, just next to the presidential area. Rooms are elegant, well-kept, and full of history - our suite was spacious and impressive. Breakfast and restaurant quality were very good, with professional service.

On the downside, check-in was handled poorly by an unexperienced receptionist, and the overall management feels inconsistent. Some staff at the entrance (doormen, drivers) behaved loudly and casually, which doesn’t fit the level of such a historic hotel (they swearing, smoking, behaving like no one can see it - "owners of the place"). Parking is available but charged extra. Overall, still one of the best choices in Warsaw, but with room for improvement in service culture.

My stay at Bristol exceeded all my expectations. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view was fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Great location.
