PURO Warszawa Centrum

First of all we have appreciated the friendly staff which made us feel like at home! Hotel is very nice & clean, it´s probably one of the best hotels we have ever visited. Breakfasts are exceptional.

Perfect location. Great spa treatments. beautiful designed hotel.

Good breakfast, nice restaurant and bar, free coffee, pretty comfortable bed. Didn't try spa

Not possible to regulate room temperature. Also had a lot of problems with parking elevator but staff communicated it and helped.

Great as usual, Puro doesn't disappoint. Warsaw is my stress-free destination because I know that the accommodation will be good and there is nothing to worry about. The things I like about Puro the most:- spotless cleanliness- hypoallergenic bedding and towels option- wooden flooring (and a nice one!) in the rooms instead of carpets- breakfast! it's served beautifully (those le creuset pots with scrambled eggs and sausages!), plenty of options for any dietary restriction and choices and there are different options available to be freshly made for orderLast but not least - the staff. Obviously nothing would work without people. Everyone are very nice and welcoming, overall in Puro there always a feeling that every detail is thought-trough.Highly recommend!

Location, breakfast, cleanliness, super comfortable bed and pillows

Everything was great the place, the amenities etc.

2 things stands out the most.1. Most of the cleaning services do speak English it's impossible to communicate and let them know when it's a good time to clean or not.2. The breakfast was really good when it comes to the quality but it felt a little mediocre when it comes to the variety personal opinion.

Perfect location, lovely decor and nice staff

Perfect placement. Lovely staff. Exceptional cleaning.

Very clean, all amenities were at my disposal, very polite and friendly staff, the room is modern and well equipped

Great location, staff is very nice, amenities are new and clean, rooms are modern. Great option to visit Warsaw and enjoy the city!

Stayed here during our weekend in Warzawa. Excellent service! We stayed in a room on the 6th floor with a nice view. We enjoyed the interior, spa and the breakfast. It is a great location with bars and restaurants near by. We would definitely stay again when in Warzawa!

Beautiful design, cozy atmosphere, spa massage

Was a bit cold in a room

I love the location, the design of the rooms, the selection (menu) at breakfast and the rooftop bar. Favorite middle of the range hotel in Warsaw and best chain in Poland.

Nothing to report. Some of the room controls are on an ipad and don't make sense, but that can't be improved I guess.

This is a really nicely designed hotel in a very central location, just a few minutes walk from many bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as tram stops. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable, and we found that they were also very quiet. We really loved the free coffee/tea station downstairs! Our 5-night stay was completely faultless and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing! The only thing I think could be improved is the space for storing clothes as it was a bit limited, and some of the cupboards in the room were locked.

Good hotel, good spa, very good location.was a bit noisy from the street during the night because its a center.but with closed window maybe it’s not a problem. A fairly varied breakfast, delicious coffee! Excellent and comfortable lobby.

At breakfast, there were midges flying around some dishes. The greens were stale. I think it's better not to put at all if it's wilted.

Hotel Puro is a fantastic hotel chain with consistently friendly staff and very comfortable beds. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were given a corner room with windows on both sides, which was a lovely bonus. We also received a voucher for the hotel bar - possibly a Christmas gesture. Overall, it’s always a pleasure to stay at this hotel; it’s just a shame we didn’t have time to make use of all the facilities.

Nothing—everything was very nice, including the free coffee. The only thing maybe that hotel is quite low compering to other buildings around so you don't really have a magnificent view.

Very clean, tidy and warm, the location is perfect!Cleaning ladies are very nice and friendly! Rooms are comfortable, cozy and super clean! Wifi - perfect

The Christmas dinner was not very varied and not prepared well enough, but the breakfast was excellent. The massage was quite expensive. Not really that satisfying as it was very cold in the room, which makes it difficult to relax.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The decoration is absolutely beautiful and warm , the room is wonderful and very clean, and the food was delicious. Actually even better than in the photos. The location is excellent, close to the station, the mall, and the city center. There is 24/7 available free coffee and tea

Nothing at all!!! Everything was great!

This hotel has everything you need to stay in Warsaw. Clean, close to the city center and all the main attractions, exceptional staff and amazing breakfast.
