The room was very clean and spotless. Breakfast was delicious.

Overcomplicated system with cleaning notifications (three items to hang outside the door is a bit too much).

The room was very clean, well equipped and absolutely comfortable. We loved the heated floor in the bathroom and the bed was really comfortable. At first we didn’t book breakfast but we changed our mind during our stay - wide range of different dishes also vegetarian which is a plus! Overall a wonderful stay.

Just that it is around 15 - 20 mins of walking from the train station - doesn’t seem like a lot but in freezing cold it makes the difference. Still located in the centre though :)

The room is clean, well designed and well equipped. The garage is a challenge. Excellent location and view. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Room was pretty clean, comfortable beds, clean pillows, fridge, spacious shower, good location, nice receptionists.

Bar staff. We came for a drink on the eve of 31st Dec and for 30 min or so they haven't served us so we went out. I know it was new years eve "busy" but come on... No "city view" as in description as we've got the corner view room. Disappointed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Warsaw and I would happily recommend it.I stayed in room 1314 on the 13th floor, and it was absolutely fantastic. The room was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered an amazing view that truly made the stay special. Everything was spotless and very well taken care of, which I really appreciated.The breakfast was good, with a nice variety and quality, and overall the hotel provided a very comfortable and pleasant experience.I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw.

Nice Hotel, I liked it so much. The only tricky part was the garage. You have to drive into elevator and it brings you and your car down to garage. It is great experience, but a bit tight. Anyway friendly staff helps out ?

This is a perfect hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Helpful staff. This is our second time staying, we chose it because we wanted a nice breakfast in the morning with lots of options and fresh stuff. :)

Nice and clean hotel, with good breakfast. Location is good too, walkable from central station in good sunny day.

Breakfast is good, standard wide selection, enough for a hearty breakfast. Great location, very close to the central train station.The best hotel in Warsaw so far. Highly recommended.

The location was good - not too long walking distance to e.g to Zlote Tarasy ( shopping mall). Rooms nice and clean, and bed comfy. Had a dinner at the downstairs restaurant - the chicken sandwich with fries was sooo tasty. There is real diamond working there; Zuzanna - what a great person with a real service attitude. - The breakfast was a really good surprise, loads of things <3 loved the fresh herbs and self made ( ?) bread, beatroot and sauerkraut- shots and curry cucumbers. Definitely can recommend the hotel - good value for the money.

New modern hotel in the very city centre with great service, spotless cleanliness, attentive personnel. Breakfast is very good, nothing outstanding though. Exchange of “do not clean my room” for decent drinks at the bar.

Standard double room was missing a larger wardrobe. Toiletries were limited to shower gel / soap and shampoo only. TV options were very limited. Difference of the prepaid breakfast price at check-in vs. ad hoc purchase is unreasonable.
