The hotel is located at a very strategic point of the city close to a train station, bus and tram stops. The mattress in the room was one of the best we have ever slept on. Moreover, the room is modern and has everything one may need. The breakfast was ok for the price: ham, cheese, breads rolls and sliced bread, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, butter, margerine, hot dogs, a selection of different types of coffee and tea, yogurt and cereals.

The only downsides were the fact the, even though the heater was working at full blast, the room was still chilly and the television didn't work. Perhaps the remote control needed new batteries.

Great location for what I needed in Warsaw. Easy walk to a great food market.

The breakfast was underwhelming. It was good quality, but a rather limited, uninspired options of hot breakfast. Hotdog and a boiled egg.

Location is very good, close to tram and metro stations - lot's of options regardless the direction you are going. Rooms were renovated and bathrooms very clean.

The room was quite dark, missing see through blinds - I only had 2 options, complete darkness or being fully exposed to other hotel guests.

The room was cold and the radiator did not work. The reception said they would fix it, but no one came. At night, I was offered another room or an extra blanket. On the second day, the bedside lamp stopped working. The breakfast was very simple and not worth the price. There are better cafés nearby. The kettle was only available at the reception.

The room was spacious enough for me, The room very neat, breakfast was a bit okay.... even though i expect more. Location was also okay, not too far from the central train station.

Thin walls make it easy to hear when neighbors are cleaning or making noise.

The location is perfect, close to the railway station and to the center.Clean, modern, it's a very good value for money.

Strange smell in the bathroom

Tiny rooms, even tinier bathroom and shower that is borderline unusable. Lacks basic amenities like air conditioning, a mini fridge and even just cups and water. Air circulation system didn’t seem to work, it got really stuffy really quickly and with -10 degrees Celsius outside, we had to choose between breathable air with freezing cold temperatures or stuffy air with a comfortable temperature. The location is the worst of all though. It is so incredibly loud with constant traffic (esp. frequent police sirens) and train tracks right next to the hotel, we barely got to sleep. And puzzlingly, the coat hangers and hairdryer were attached to the walls. Very strange. We had to check out early and book another place just to get these basic amenities for a good nights sleep and a comfortable stay. The only positive is the friendly staff.

Location

The window was not completely closed and some cold air was in the room. We needed to get more blankets.

Convenient location from nearby train station, easy access from Chopin Airport.

Some might find location is too far away from city centre.

Comfortable bed, good location. The bus to the airport is in 1 min walk, ride takes 20-30 min

The door to the washroom is opening almost to the bed. It was tricky to get in
