Room was so so. Location was fine. Breakfast was good.We booked a business room. We did not get it.

Great location, not far from the train station. It was also quite close to the old town but far enough a way that I didn’t feel stuck in the hustle and bustle. But most importantly they had a great breakfast!

Location is perfect. Apartment with two rooms, two toilets - more space, comfortable.

The room is triple, but we received one small bottle (30 ml) of shampoo for two people, for three nights. After cleaning the room, they didn't bring shampoo, so we asked the employee at the reception. She called somewhere, asked to bring it, but when we returned from the city in the evening, there was no shampoo. The next morning after we left in the morning, they brought other products - lotion, conditioner, more than when we arrived, but unfortunately there was no shampoo. An example of passive aggression. We bought shampoo ourselves, but what kind of service is this? There were also three bottles of water upon arrival. In the past, they brought them again after cleaning - this time we only received them on the first day. Breakfast in two halls, very noisy, we could barely find a place to sit - other people were waiting on the stairs, upset, the food didn't have time to be replenished, the coffee was not tasty. The furniture in the room is old, it's not comfortable to even sit. It's better not to lift the soft part of the armchair. We had a tradition of coming to Warsaw every year and staying at this hotel, after this time we decided to look for alternatives.

Excellent location. Clean, comfortable room even if on a small side. 15 minute walk from the central railway station. Within walking distance of major attractions. Reasonably priced.

The staff was very helpful when I forgot something in my room. They made arrangements to have it mailed to me and were very professional and helpful.

Clean, warm, quite, good breakfast. Good locatio. Bed and lining very good.

This was already our fourth stay at your hotel, for a reason. Excellent service and location, spacious room, very convenient.

Noise from the construction side .No ironing desk & iron in the room , smell coming from the toilet, no full door in the shower cabin.No greeting or smile from the front desk staff.

Would not recommend anybody to go there

The room was situated in another building, which was connected to the main building with a covered bridge. This was disappointing since we have not been hosted in the main building; additionally, the room was not like shown in the pictures. Since we were celebrating 40th wedding anniversary we asked for a double room, they couldn't provide that, we received a room with three beds, each of which were 90cm wide. The fridge in the room was not functioning properly. Finally, I can comment that, the hotel was far to satisfy our needs, neither we were happy with the approach of the reception personnel

I really enjoyed my stay at the Gromada Hotel. Everything was excellent — a great hotel with very tasty and rich breakfasts, perfect location, polite and helpful staff, and reasonable prices. We had an early morning departure, and the hotel kindly prepared delicious lunch boxes for us to take with us. Everything was on time, clean, and well organized. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

This hotel was listed as a four star hotel, and the price I paid is for four star hotelBut actual room was without air condition no refrigerator very tiny absolutely disgraced. The staff informed me that basically they have different rooms three star hotel, and four star hotel, but it was never disclosed

The same money we paid in the other hotels, Mercur and MDMThose hotels maintain their levelIt was simple misrepresentation

Central location, easily accessible to all parts of the city. Well maintained and comfortable beds. Good value for a great location.

Hotel is an old style building, and you fell like back to communist party period, including breakfast and facilities

nice staff, enough space in underground parking, location is pretty nice.

the parking spaces are a bit narrow and small, you need to park out of the lines to open the trunk if you park backwards.

The AC was a lifesaver during the very hot days we were visiting. The bed was incredibly comfy.

No air freshener in the bathroom. The shower needs a closable door or a curtain - IMPOSSIBLE not to spray water all over the floor with that little barrier they have. Also could have a bigger/second trash bin. The placement of the power outlets on the bed right by your head is great way to break your charging cable when sleeping - would prefer a power outlet by the nightstand instead.

Great location, central to everything. Nice, clean and comfortable. Good value.
