Hotel Polonia Palace

Location

Location. Excellent staff. Very comfortable rooms. *Heated bathroom floor.* Lovely resto/bar in lobby.

Honestly nothing.

The restaurant is excellent and the bar staff is knowledgeable and caring. Everyone is helpful and attentive to guests. Love staying here!

Public areas are beautiful. Rooms are standard. Mattresses are a bit hard. But everything is very clean, and the staff is amazingly helpful.

Amazing view! The room was one of the cleanest I've ever been! Fine location! I recommend it for every visitor! Thank you for the hospitality!

Very good BreakfastClean and luxury hotelComfortable bed

Exceptional

They did not clean the room till 15:00 In our second day We pat for 3 nights and they clean it once

Excellent location. Felt very special and grand despite being really good value for money. Comfortable clean rooms. Excellent breakfast selection. Nice bar and food. Great place to stay to explore Warsaw.

Shame there was no dedicated parking but found some cheap road-side parking only 200 metres away.

breakfast excellent, room good and big and the location was in the center !

Really nice hotel, lovely & warm in all areas, very comfortable rooms and staff all very friendly. Great location too

The hotel is beautiful, super clean with attentive staff. I enjoyed the gym and the breakfast offers everything you could want from smoothies to eggs, smoked fish, cereals, a choice of hot and cold beverages and pastries. We also enjoyed time at the bar where again the staff aims to please. I found my room quiet and restful. I ordered in dinner one evening and it came promptly and deliciously. Finally laundry services are great too!

Really nothing except when I wanted to add a night I had to go. Through booking.com so added a small hassle.

This hotel is always super clean comfortable and beautiful in addition.

I wish there was room service.

We always stay here when we first arrive after our flight. Their Front Desk staff is excellent and set the tone for the guest experience during their stay. The breakfast is excellent, many choices to select from. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and is located across from the iconic Palace of Culture and Science. They are close to the train station and the mall (Warszawa Centralna & Złote Tarasy). Subway is located at the corner. We will return.

Couldn't stay longer.

Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Very clean.

They have memory foam mattress and with combination of soft pillows it wasn’t very comfortable (at least of us).

The room was very comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, including gluten-free options, particularly bread, which was available upon request. The location was close to shopping locations and a manageable walk to the Old Town area. It is also located close to the train station. The staff were always very pleasant, welcoming and helpful.

Great location, walkable distance from public transport (metro right in front) and the central station. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. Room size is really good and has all necessary amenities, even including a lotion dispenser in the room. We did not have breakfast, but ordered room service for dinner. The price was reasonable, service was fast, food was delicious and portions were huge.

It was a bit cold in our room, even with the heating at its maximum capacity. They could not raise the heater, but offered us extra blankets. Shower could be better, it kept falling to the side.

Excellent quality hotel, desk staff particularly helpful. The location is perfect, we were staying for New Year and had a great view of the fireworks in the square opposite.

Restaurant price quality ratio beaten by local alternatives

Good location, very good breakfast, staff and concierge were kind and helpful, room was clean and updated

The air conditioning did not work well or cool off the room enough.

The breakfast, as everyone in previous reviews described, was great. There was something for all preferences and tasted good. The facility was also very clean and house cleaning staff were very friendly.

For the price of the hotel, we were surprised that the rooms had instant coffee and although there was a smart TV with Netflix as an option on the remote, the TV only had a few cable shows. The front desk staff most times also seemed indifferent opposed to actually friendly. We’ve stayed at less expensive hotels and had much better experiences.
