Well located, tram N to Old Town, S to Lazienki, W to Uprising Museum. Shopping, food (Paczki),all 1 block away. Walk to train stations (airport or intercity), unless bags heavy, then 14 zl. cab. Perfect room for family of 3, curtain between parents/kid.

Spacious and contemporary design. Smart TV although on the small side. Comfortable King bed and quality linens. Easy check in. Good heating. Great central location off of a pedestrian street. Limited but quality buffet offerings at breakfast. I prefer this approach versus the overwhelming tasteless buffets.

A little hard to find because cars have to drop you off a street away from the residence. This also makes getting a taxi or car inconvenient, especially in frigid weather. The sink in the main bathroom was clogged and I prefer a shower rather than a bathtub with a shower. Only a soap/shampoo dispenser is provided. No other toiletries.

The room has great potential, but was not super clean. There was black mold in the shower, the floors were dirty (my white socks were filthy - we needed to keep shoes on). For the price of the room, I would expect more than the everyday hotel experience.

Fantastic central location, spacious and comfortable two-level suite. Modern well-maintained property. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come again.

Beautiful and modern. Nice late check out. Beds were already made up for us when we arrived (sofas). Pulled out. Sister hotel in old town was wonderful for spa and pool usage as well.

Entrance was confusing for taxi drivers! And our taxi wasn't aware of how much luggage we had but made it work!

Was not so clean that much, pillows not that comfortable and there are separate covers which is very impractical for a couple. For what they are offering is too expensive.

The place is very nice, nothing over the top. Very practical. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet in a busy area. The location is perfect in the center of things and the next door restaurant, Water and Flour is very good, with excellent pizza and pasta

Shower access was very hard- bathtub very high. After requesting new room- we got regular shower.

It was very clean and located in the heart of warsaw.The apartment was big enough ti accommodate a family of five. The facilities are refurbished.

The parking is awful and i would not call it parking. There is very little space and it is super tight and narrow to get there. Not a pleasant experience with a rental car.Some of the sky windows covers malfunctioned and we had light from the roof in the morning.

Great location, within walking distance to many nice pubs and restaurants.Good breakfast with very good, real coffee.The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable.

When ordering transportation (taxi, Uber, or Bolt), vehicles cannot reach the front entrance. You'll need to walk about one minute to the nearest pickup spot, which could be inconvenient on a rainy day.

Great location

Great location, room was very big. Located in a bustling area and above a lively restaurant.

Some of the furniture in the room looked scratched up / old. Room did not look like the pictures. Hotel hallways themselves are in desperate need of a makeover. Gym had some broken equipment. Staff could have been a bit more friendly (lots of dour faces). Also a strange kitchen with oven / sink inside the room -- Would have preferred this to be a living area.
