The location is very convenient - accessible by public transport and close to trains and the airport. The room was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. It also offered an interesting view and was quiet.The bed was very comfortable, and we loved how much rest we got.The bathroom was clean and had a bath tub, which was nice.We got the room at an affordable price which was an additional bonus.

Overall, I liked everything — the room was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the water in the shower. There was hot water in the sink, but not in the shower. As far as I understood, the maximum temperature was 38°C — that’s what was indicated on the tap. But the water kept changing: sometimes warm, sometimes lukewarm, sometimes cold. Since it’s cold outside now, taking a shower wasn’t very comfortable because of that.

I stayed at this hotel for three days on a business trip. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to reach all the main train stations (since the central ones were closed for renovation). There’s a tram stop right in front of the hotel and the metro is just a 10-minute walk away. At the reception, I was greeted by Vladislav, who helped me with everything I needed. He offered me a choice between a room with a bath or a shower, found a quiet room facing the courtyard, and kindly helped me print some documents for the embassy, as I had an appointment the next day and didn’t know where to print them. He was friendly and helpful.The room looked exactly like in the photos, very clean and comfortable. I must mention the incredibly comfortable mattresses and bed linen! I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything was very nice there, nothing to complain about.The only surprise for us was that the underground parking garage was just 1,80m, which meant we had to park somewhere on a public parking lot near the Hotel.

The bathroom had transparent glass doors that didn’t close completely, which made it feel uncomfortable.The air conditioner didn’t work as expected — it barely warmed the room, even when set to a high temperature.Also, the bar hours were inconsistent — we were told it was open until 11 PM, but it closed earlier on several occasions. One evening, the staff even asked us to leave while we were still finishing our drinks.

good location between the central station and Warsaw West. Near bus/ tram stop, and train Warsaw Ochotnia. Comfortable bed. View from the window - sunset over the tracks

The hairdryer does not work properly, it did not dry in 30 minutes, and this is not a problem for 1 room in the elevator, I also met a girl with a wet head

Excellent location.Fairly good and quiet air condition. Fast and stable Wi-Fi.Fridge, water boiler and coffe machine in the room.Rainfall shower.Big TV.Pretty good sound insulation from adjacent rooms, hallway and exterior.Super comfy bed and pillows. Free water dispenser in the hallway.

Sound insulation could be even better.The fridge wasn't the coolest, but it did its job.

The room was exceptional. Clean, very well equipped, the bed was super comfy. Brilliant location and superior breakfast. I loved the experience and I certainly will be going back.

The price of the car park

Firstly stylish and modern hotel in a very central location, great staff, and above all its worth to mention I forgot important documents in the room - and they were kept safely and returned to me after. That is amazing demonstration of exceptional customer service - they saved me! I will be back for sure.

nespresso coffee machine wasnt working and no instant coffee as backup.... I got free coffee at the bar downstairs instead.

We paid a reasonable price for the property, thus, expected a reasonable room that we could stay for throughout our trip. It far exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, the staff were very warm and welcoming and the facilities themselves were well designed, spacious and extremely comfortable.
