Friendly and cooperative stuff

We came for breakfast, but there was nothing available to eat. They only refilled it 20 minutes later, just when we already had to leave.

Everything is new and clean. Comfortable bed, good noise isolation, tasty breakfast.

Expensive parking - 20 EUR per night.

Clean, modern and fresh room for reasonable price

Parking for one night being 18 eur (80pln) is kind of expensive

Honestly, it was better than I expected: modern clean hotel room, around the corner from the tram and bus stops, nice lobby and lounge, restaurant, very helpful and friendly receptionists. We even managed to get a parking space right in front of the hotel door. Air conditioning was in place too.

The soundproof is not the best one, but it was quite in general when we stayed, so it was not a big of an issue.

When we arrived they had no internet, and told us that they didn't know how long that was going to take, was late at night and they couldn't give us the room. Fortunately the internet was restored fast.The parking was very expensive also.And finally the housekeeping threw away a bag with important things and the staff didn't help at all with that.

The food at the restaurant is really delicious. Breakfast is good, even though there isn't a very large selection. The hotel's location is close to all city transportation, so it's easy to get to the city center.

The air conditioner in the room was not working, and even after informing the staff, they failed to send someone to fix the problem during the entire 4-day stay. As a result, the room was very hot and it was difficult to sleep, especially with outdoor temperatures reaching +28°C. Although the hotel claims to offer parking for visitors, the cost is actually 80 PLN per day, which can make traveling here with your own car expensive.The staff also did not provide enough towels — we were missing one. Traveling with family and having to sleep in bunk beds was not a great experience; a double bed would have been much more comfortable.

Very poorly equipped rooms and bathroom. Beds are not cofortable. Hotel was full of young children making noises and hitting doors.

I booking this location for a specific reason. Close to my hospital. Very clear and easy checking. Pleasant staff. Great restaurant.

The location is very convenient, with bus stations and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. Everything felt modern and cozy, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The room was poorly insulated I could hear everything from the room above and every door opening and closing on my floor.

I like living condition . rooms , halls and reastorant are very clean , here is great smell and they have amazing staff, Thank u guys.

there were not flip-flops for guests and it was a little uncomfortable.

Pet friendly

The amount of money you need to pay for parking on the hotel territory. You pay 550 zl for the room, additionaly 60zl/per day for a pet (that was acceptable) but charging clients for parking 70 zl/per day, or 10zl/per hour (considering that this info was not mentioned on the website) that’s too much

neat, clean room.

The only disadvantage - on the 10th floor with complete silence at night we could hear a background hum (as if the extractor was working hard). And next to the hotel a house is under construction - from early morning you can hear the sound of construction equipment

Wide choice on breakfast, good location

We arrived at the hotel, and the receptionist informed us that there was an issue on the floor where our room was located. We had booked a room with a large bed for two people, but she assigned us a room with two separate beds instead. She was rude, and no one had informed us about the situation prior to our arrival. I believe this should have been communicated in advance, and the hotel should have offered something as an apology, such as a free dinner or another gesture. The same issue happened to the friends who came with us.

nice, helpful service

the room was very cold - leaky windows, through which the wind was literally blowing. the heating worked for 10-15 minutes and turned off, so at night I slept under two blankets, dressed in a blouse and a sweatshirt. well, these are in no way normal sleeping conditions.the lack of provider parking is also in minus.

On booking.com o3hotel is 3-star hotel, but really this is hostel. I was confused when pay for hotel-receive hostel.
