    Pros +

    • The pool and the sauna area. And the breakfast was quite amazing.
    • Location is fantastic for exploring old Warsaw.
    • For Europe, room was fairly large. Bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was too expensive, but substantial and good

    Cons -

    • The bed was way too soft and very uncomfortable
    • Room was okay. It was one of our more expensive hotels for our trip in Poland but it was not the nicest. The restaurant was okay but we had trouble getting service. The front desk was friendly.
    • Ordered a king bed got two separate twin beds that were really narrow. Nothing like a 5 stsr hotel. Room had computer style screen as tv. Super bear and not luxurious in any way.

The hotel was very fancy! It was comfortable, clean and was at a lovely location near old town activities.

The cleanliness, the ambiance, the customer service focus, the breakfast spread was amazing. I think it is an excellent boutique hotel. We felt very much at home there.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. We love the patio where we were able to relax.

The location is fantastic. Right next to the old town with lots of shops and restaurants close by.

The downstairs area was beautiful but the room was a bit old in comparison. For a 5 star hotel I would have expected a smart tv in the room. The beds were small and way too soft. The air conditioning is loud and woke my friend up several times.

    9ThomasPosted on: 7-14-2024

Cute little hotel located near many restaurants and sites in old town. Great customer service.

The beds are split in half and uncomfortable. The blankets are half the bed width and awkward.

Charming building nicely decorated in common areas

Room was quite shabby and was cold. Staff were not particularly friendly

    8MartinPosted on: 9-12-2023

The friendliness of the staff and how they¿re always greeting and welcoming you, and answering any questions possible. The location is perfect as it¿s within walking distance to the Rynek (market square) and it¿s close to the beautiful fountain show.

That I had to spend an enormous amount of money for ¿full day parking¿ tickets each day since the hotel did not have its on parking. The Air conditioning in the room also was not working or blowing out cold air, it was very low and not cool air at all.

Service is excellent, high ceiling, excellent breakfast, smoked fish selection for breakfast.

    9CristianPosted on: 2-13-2026

Perfect location for sightseeing. The hotel is very nice, with big rooms and very well equipped. The staff was very friendly. I liked that it was very quiet and comfortable

Even though the breakfast was very good, it somehow lacked the 5* feeling.

    9MeganPosted on: 2-12-2026

Lovely property, beautiful inside and out. Location was great to walk into old town and an easy taxi from the airport or the modern part of the city. Lots of shops and restaurants all around.

The staff were pleasant but not the friendly and welcoming attitude we experienced everywhere else we’ve been in Poland.

    9DmytroPosted on: 2-8-2026

Clean room and hotel overall. Nice and tasty breakfast. Want to recognize the cleaning stuff behaviour - they were waiting for my absence to clean up the room. It is really convenient and pleasure.

The room needs some minor cosmetic repairs (scratches on the walls), the shower head in the bathroom leaks when the tap is completely closed.
