Clean and spacious apartment. Hotel is located close to tram & bus station.

Heating was a bit complicated to work, wasn’t really working to its full potential, as well as it being quite noisy from the vent systems.

The location was quite good, quite close to the airport.

The overall impression of my stay is not good.The pillow was not comfortable.Lighting in the room was not good, too cold shade and not enough light for reading in bed. Overall it was pretty dark in the room. The way the lighting was arranged is not even and only some corners had some light.No cloth or papel towel or tissues provided - so what the kitchenette was actually for? For looking at it, looks like.The kettle was leaking when pouring the water to "try" to make a tea.Reception: check-in time at 4pm is extremely late. Other hotels offer early check-in. I knew check-in time would be an issue, still I only chose this hotel cause it was quite close to the airport.When I asked receptionist to provide me with a portable heater I was told "that is against safety rules". Well, other countries, including the hotels in the UK don't have such issues. However, in this hotel I was left feeling quite cold at night with -20 degrees outside - they don't have a heating there, only A/C with "heating" function which made a very bad noise during usage.I was told they can send someone to try to fix it - there was no use of it for me, as my stay was short and I was too busy to deal with such a nonsense - they don't check if everything is working fine BEFORE letting a guest in.Ażur Restaurant - very long wait for the food (and I was the only guest). When it finally arrived, well I didn't say anything then to not upset the waiter who was nice but the pasta was actually too hard, not even al dente. Then I asked for pancakes, take away... well, they were not eatable - simply chewy.Finally, breakfast - very average, no salt/pepper provided on the table (you have to take it from buffet area which is not useful). Little choice of food. And, lastly, the butter was being kept in the fridge - so when you wanted to spread it over the bread, it was as hard as a stone.

The rooms were very spacious. Super comfortable for 3 people

The air conditioning did not seem to work as the room was always cold despite trying to increase the heating.

It was a one-day stay. It was very pleasant . Great service. It was cold inside the room. Although I havent asked the service to check on this. Fast check-in and check -out. The Hotel is quite specifically more srtistic way decored. It was a good expierence.

Very convenient location close to the airport, which was perfect for an early flight. The 24-hour check-in was a big plus. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay pleasant. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, providing a good rest after a long day.

I stayed only for a couple of hours, so I cannot really point out any negative aspects.

The apartment is modern, but in great need of repair, battered, dirty, curtains with stains. The windows do not close completely - there is a lot of noise from the street. It was very cold in the room and it was not possible to turn on more heat (does not adjust), The hose in the bathroom was malfunctioning, it turned itself off

I booked a room in Arche Geologiczna Hotel (I usually stay there when I’m in Warsaw because I really like the design). Unfortunately there was an electricity issue due to which I was moved to Arche Krakowska. The room was really spacious, comfortable and very clean. Staff was friendly

I know this was not the accommodation I originally chose, as I was moved from Arche Hotel Geologiczna to Arche Hotel Krakowska due to an unexpected heating system issue. However, my stay turned out to be a very positive surprise, and I truly felt taken care of from start to finish.I have stayed at Arche Hotel Krakowska before (around two years ago), and at that time the experience was, unfortunately, a bit of a disaster. In general, I usually prefer Arche Hotel Geologiczna, as it feels smaller, more private, and somehow cleaner and calmer. That said, this stay at Krakowska really changed my perspective and restored my belief that hotels can genuinely work on improving their quality — and I truly hope this hotel will continue in this direction.What stood out the most was the flexibility and care shown by the team toward everyone who had to be rebooked. All arrangements were handled smoothly, all needs were taken into account, and it was a big and very pleasant surprise to feel so well looked after. All facilities were included, I received a 10% discount at the restaurant, a parking discount, and I was booked according to my preferences from Geologiczna, which made a real difference.The whole experience made me feel genuinely calm and comfortable — so much so that I decided to book an additional night. It was really nice, and I will definitely consider Arche Hotel Krakowska again in the future.

At this point besides some really rude and disgusting guests which nobody besides security could control really nothing, keep up the good work!

The room was large and comfortable.

We were in the winter with around zero degrees and even tho there was air conditioning, and we turned it up but the room was a bit cold.No extra rugs for the bed.

Spacious room and very good breakfast buffet with a lot of options and fresh omelet made to order.

Bit confusing that there are two hotels in the same building

The hotel was great, the room was very spacious with incredible view of the city! The room and bathroom weee v clean and I had a suffice amount of hygiene supplies. Definitely recommend staying here especially if you had a long flight.

Big room, nice bath and great breakfast

The walls of the room could have a different decor, other than the concrete that makes you think you're in a basement. The narrow bed pressed against the wall was not very comfortable.

Quiet and the proximity to the airport and public transport.

The smell of whatever is cooking in the kitchen is present in the room because of the internal fan system. As there is no possibility to open a window it is especially unpleasant.

Parking hall, nice hotel.

Small restaurant, when I was there a little bit slow service. Food was good.
