The location is ok

The water in the shower is going to floor directly. All bathroom became like pool. And the room was cold and I turned on the AC and didn’t help. The parking is extra 15 euros but underground parking entrance is very tiny and not safe to enter and exit. I saw many car paintings on the wall of exit.

The hotel itself is beautiful, looks way better in person than in the pictures. Both inside and outside.Rooms were spacious, clean, no strange smells or anything.We got free parking, so it was a big plus for us.Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, so all of us enjoyed our meals.The location is also pretty good, there is McDonalds and a Lidl on the other side of the road.

The entry to the underground parking was sketchy to say the least. It is pretty narrow, and because of the snow, we basically slid to the parking, but thankfully the car survived.If the hotel is crowded with people, you might need to wait for an elevator a little bit more than usual cause there are only 2 elevators in the whole hotel.Also, no explanations in the breakfast buffet about what kind of food there was (there were multiple options of sausages, so we would love to know what we're eating).

Excellent choices for breakfast. Large quiet bedroom with fridge. Clean hotel. Nice friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. Helpful staff. Lovely well priced food. Friendly bar staff.

One of the main two lifts was broken. No iron or ironing board in the bedroom. However a very small ironing room was available on the 5th floor for such a large hotel.

Great hotel, good location, close to airport and other connections. Very good breakfast.

Everything you need in a hotel, great location, clean, wonderful service, nice restaurant, easy and good public transportation right outside the door.

There is construction on the tram line outside the hotel. Make sure to ask for an inside room away from the street.

The room was stylish, tidy and clean, had all you need for a weekend stay. The location is OK, there are bus/metro stops right by the hotel, but it takes ~45mins to get to the city center. We’ve had a room with windows facing the main street, but it was really quiet in the room. The AC worked well.

The carpet in the room had a few stains. The bed and the pillow are rather too firm, wasn’t too comfortable. There were nowhere to hang the towels in the bathroom.

The room was very clean, quiet, large, with everything you need for a great stay! The breakfast was very delicious and abundant in dishes. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, kettle, bathroom with shower, etc. The room and bathroom are equipped with everything you need.

Strange smell in the lobby

Location, friendly staff, and the room was ready early.

I was expecting the hotel to be in a newer condition. The carpets looked worn. The hotel needs an interior refresh.

Nice room with good centralized AC. Quite nice breakfast. Free parking nearby (not in hotel, but right on the side).

Quite away from the center, very late check-in (from 4 p.m.) and early check-out (until 10 a.m.)

Place, clean, good, nice people

It was very clean and staff was very friendly. I loved that there was a restaurant in the hotel easy for travelers.

At check-in my phone had died and I was unable to produce my reservation information for our rooms. We also needed to extend our reservation by several days and change the number of occupants. Michat at the check-in counter assisted us with patience and efficiency.Our rooms were nice and well appropriated. In the lobby area on the ground floor was a little art exhibition which added to the pleasant tree of our stay.

We did not get breakfast because the $19 charge was a bit steep for our budget. In defense, however, that seems to be commensurate with other properties in the area.

The room was very spacious, unlike a lot of hotel rooms. It even had an armchair, a coffee table, fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. Everything was clean and nice looking. The amount you pay is adequate for what you get (the room itself - perfect, the location - not so much).

The location is as expected - very far form the center/downtown, so no walking to explore, you need transportation to get to the heart of the city. Another weird thing was waiting for the elevator. We never paid attention to such thing, but in this hotel the wait was unexpectedly long, maybe it was due to a busy weekend.

Room was spacious enough, clean, somewhat cheap furniture, etc. but generally room is recently renovated. Air conditioning has been working very well!Stuff was very friendly, all questions quickly answered and resolved

Quite a noisy and polluted location right on one of the main streets so you cannot really open windows, especially in summer but no the other side convenient for business

Huge and delicious breakfast buffet, Large modern rooms

Carpet stains in the hallways and in the room make the place seem not as nice. The location isn't bad because the bus stops right in front and when construction is finished the street car will also come right to the front. For only having two days and wanting to see old Warsaw, I would probably have chosen something closer to the city.

Location was great.transport just front of the hotel.resturents near.overall every thing was perfect. Specially for me gym 24 hour open.

The hotel is near the airport, and the public transport is in front of the facility. You need just 20 minutes to the city centre.

Stay was okay, but they had at the same time horde of teenage boys. At some point we even saw them fighting in the restaurant.
