I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent,only about a 10 minute walk to both the tram and metro stations, making it very easy to reach the city center and get around overall.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, which made the stay very pleasant. Everything felt well maintained and organized. The staff were especially kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and any questions we had.Overall, a great experience and a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenient transport connections.

I arrived earlier than my check-in time, and the staff member let me in early—such a warm and accommodating welcome. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect!Many thanks again to the lovely administrator who was so kind and smiley!

The main issue of the hotel is the staff attitude• Front desk staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming• Communication felt cold and purely formal, with no willingness to engage• Questions and requests were handled without interest, and no initiative to help was shown• When issues arose, no real support or solutions were offered• Housekeeping was irregular and superficial• The room and bathroom did not feel properly cleaned• Common areas also appeared poorly maintained• The room was very small and did not match expectations based on the description• Noise levels made it difficult to rest• The price does not correspond to the quality of service provided

The staff was very friendly, hotel was very clean.

Only one thin, it could be a bit warmer in the rooms and it would be good if rest room doors were not closing automatically.

All good. Clean. Tidy. Cozy. Temperature control system working properly. Good and friendly personal, morning time I’m asked print me couple pages and they print. For me only necessary electric kettle in room due I drink Chinese tea and sometimes for toddlers need boiler water to prepare food. Good ! Highly recommended.

No have electric kettle in room, but is not problem due you can ask on lobby.

It was very uncomfortable sleep..pillows were too high, the noise out of doors disturbed the sleep in the middle of night, also the greenscreen was shining all night and there isn’t ant fresh air.

I really enjoyed my stay at Moxy Warsaw Praga hotel. It has a stylish, modern design and a lively atmosphere. especially in the lobby and bar area. The staff were friendly, helpful and made check in quick and easy.The room was clean, well designed, and comfortable. The location is great, close to Koneser Center, restaurants, bars and public transport, making it easy to explore Warsaw. Breakfast was good, though the area can get a bit busy during peak hours. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the common areas are perfect for relaxing or having a drink.Overall, a great hotel with excellent value for money. Perfect for city breaks and short stays.

Good.. depending on the room...

The air pressure in the corridors caused our door to smack back and forth each time someone opens a door in the corridors. It kept waking us up every 10s of minutes.. it was very annoying.

It is placed in a very nice residential complex building. The lobby & bar is outstanding, indeed suitable for Millenials, Z and socials. They also have Foosball, Tic Tac Toe and entertainment games to play with friends in the lobby.

There is nothing that I did not like with the property.

Great attention to detail with night lightings very comfortable. Great heating with thermostat. Comfy bed. Great noise isolation. Toiletries were superb top quality. Friendly staff.

The room cleaning could be better. The sheets were not changed one of the days, so it would be great to have more staff.
